I'm not a beginner at Yu-gi-oh I've beaten over 50 people and have won the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon and Black Skull Dragon more than once. So here's my list:

1.Waboku: reduces enemy attack to zero

2. Black Skull Dragon: with Yami, Dark Energy, Sword of Dark Destruction and two Reinforcement attached make for one strong monster

3. Swords of Reveling Light: freezes opponents monsters for three turns

4. Mirror Force: reflects opponents attack back at them

5. Time Wizard: can destroy opponent and your monsters

6. Red Eyes Black Metal Dragon: with a whopping 2800 attack and some added magic cards this is force to behold

7. Toon World: indestructable and with shining castle, and table of contents get ready for major toon action

8. Gaia the Fierce Dragon Champion: the strongest fusion I've seen with 2600 attack

9. Ragieki: destroy opponents monsters and do some serious direct damage

10. Trap Hole: destroy one monster on field of opponents
