10 Underestimated Cards!
These are
the cards that are really, really good but are slept on by most duelist. I am
here to bring these cards to light in hopes of seeing them in future Yu-gi-oh!
competitions.
10.De-Spell---Never underestimate the power of a good
De-Spell. This card can catch even the most experienced duelist off his/her
guard and leave them open for the kill.
9.Crass Clown---Could it be? The
next Hane-Hane? Well sort of. This monster has higher attack points than it but
the only down side to this card is that it has to remain on the field for one
turn '_'
8.Share The Pain---Soul Exchange's evil counterpart? This is a
great card because it brings back to life those dead Dark Magician decks and
kicks Summoned Skull to the filthy dirty curb that it belongs on!
7.The
Cheerful Coffin---The best when used with a deck that has lots of tribute
monsters, it allows you to discard up to three cards , so you can use Monster
Reborn to bring one back. This card can liven up those Gate Guardian decks and
with Magician of Faith, this combo is virtually unstoppable.
6.Red Eyes
Black Dragon---Although for two tributes this card is rather weak it is
convieniently supported by Sword of Dark Destruction among others, allowing it
to stomp with the best of those dragon goliaths.
5.Sword of
Deep-Seated---Highly underestimated due to its reoccuring habit of returning to
the top of your deck. However this card works with any monster making it usable
in any deck and this card can definately limit the number of tributes in your
deck becuase it gives you the raw power you need instead of having to sacrifice
monsters for that.
4.Jirai Gumo---This card has a match deciding effect,
however it is just a strong as Judgeman and with two Sword of Deep-Seated it
could be as strong as the almighty Black Skull Dragon!
3.Harpie Lady
Sisters---This card could be hard to bring out due to the fact that it could
quite possibly rot away in your hand for an entire game but if you base a deck
around this card and her fem fatale counterparts, this hot momma could be a
force to be reckoned with.
2.Exodia(and his pieces)---When Yu-gi-oh! was
first released everyone wanted Exodia due to its impeccable strength on the T.V.
show. But as people got the cards they began to trade them off rather quickly
because it was so damn hard to get all of him, and noone ever had all the
pieces.(they would at least be missing 1 or 2 and in my case 3 pieces of the
behemoth)However, with the release of Metal Raiders, Konami had introduced two
new all star players into the structure of every Exodia deck: Sangan and Witch
of The Black Forest bought Exodia decks back in the game and now everyone has
one, or at least is building one.
And the #1 underestimated card by
every duelist is none other than.......
#1.Blue Eyes White
Dragon!!!!---Yes Blue Eyes White Dragon is by far the most underestimated card
by every duelist(even if they choose not to admit it). I chose him as #1
because with the release of Metal Raiders and Black Skull Dragon, noone really
has time for the little blue-eyed cuddle bug anymore. It also seems that now a
days, everyone has at least three Dragon Capture Jars, Fissures and Trap Holes
in their deck, so Blue Eyes isn't just as mighty and breath taking as it used to
be. The main reason he is number one is because everyone has one(Kaiba Starter
Deck or Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon) so that means "everyone" has devised a
strategy to beat the Blue Eyes. All in all, sadly I have to say that Blue Eyes
White Dragon just aint what he used to be'_'
