Subject: Top 10 -
CardGamer
These are the cards that I
think are the "Top Ten" of all the Yu-Gi-Oh cards out so far.
10.
Blue Eyes White Dragon - This guy is a beast! With a whopping 3000
attack power, he is the strongest monster in the game (so far).
Unfortunately, if you summon him normally, you have to kill two of your
own monsters and you run the risk of trap hole, man-eater bug, hane-hane, dark
hole, raigeki, fissure, etc.
9. La Jinn The Mystical Genie of the
Lamp - This guy is the best lvl 4 monster out there right now. With 1800
attack points, he has the highest attack power of the monsters in his level.
Unfortunately, weaker lvl 4 and under monsters can still easily defeat him
by using reinforcemetns or an equip magic card, and he can't break through some
of the more powerful defense monsters (Mystical Elf, Aqua Madoor, etc.)
8. Trap Hole - One of the best traps in the game, this card can
save you from a Blue Eyes White Dragon or Dark Magician. Being able to
destroy any normally summoned monster is an incredibly ability, but
unfortunately this card isn't going to save you against a Monster Reborn.
7. Man-Eater Bug - What happens when you mix a mini-Waboku and a
mini-Raigeki? Man-Eater Bug! He stops and attack by blocking, and
destroys a monster at the same time! The only real problem with the Bug is
that he takes up your one monster per turn, but he's definentally worth it.
6. Dark Hole - This card is so poweful, you can only have one in
your deck. It destroys all monsters on the field! Of course, that
means your monsters too, but if your smart, you'll play it when its gonna hurt
your opponent more than you.
5. Summoned Skull - I'm sure
some people right now are saying "He put Summoned Skull before Dark Hole!
The madness!", but let me explain myself. A monster that requires
only 1 tribute to summon and has 2500 attack power is not be underestimated.
His attack power is more than the famous Red Eyes Black Dragon and Gaia
the Fierce Knight, and its equal to Dark Magician (who requires two tributes).
Because of this, he can take down most of the monsters in the game, and he
is much easier to play than a 7+ monster.
4. Monster Reborn - This
card is used by Yugi in the show, and is won him a few games (and saved Joey's
life). By taking any monster from any graveyard and putting it directly
into play is amazing. Combined with the power of Raigeki, Dark Hole, or
any other monster destruction card gives you a huge advantage ("sorry for
killing your Blue Eyes, but if you really want it back, I guess I could put it
back into play :)").
3. Pot of Greed - There isn't much to say
about this card, except that its really good. By playing it, you get a
card to replace it, and another one too (which is called card advantage)!
Just take my advice, PLAY THIS CARD!
2. Change of Heart -
Whats more annoying that having your monsters killed? Having you monsters
stolen! And CoH does just that. "Its nice that you have a BEWD, but
I really think that it would look much better on my side of the table".
You can use this card to take your opponent's best monster, which gets rid
of a potential blocker and gives you an extra attacker. For example:
Your opponent just destroyed all of your monster with Raigeki and then
tributed both of his monsters for BEWD. You manage to survive the attack,
and then you draw CoH. You then play CoH, take the BEWD, attack for 3000
damage, and then tribute it for a Summoned Skull. Suddenly, that tabels
have turned. Get my point?
1. Raigeki - This is the ultimate
card. You trade one card from your hand for all of your opponent's
monsters on the field. In other words, its really good.
Well,
thats my top 10 (just so you know, I use all of those cards in my deck).
