10) Um... let's see now.  Hmmm.  Ah, yes.  Dark Hole.  Raigeki's little bro.

9) Ultimate Offering.  A personal favorite.  It gives you extra Summons!

8) Change of Heart.  Gives you your opponent's new Blue-Eyes to do some heavy damage or allows you to Tribute it.  Can you say, "EVIL"?

7) Soul Exchange.  Again a personal favorite for its ability to kill a Blue-Eyes AND take off a Tribute.  Shame it skips your Battle Phase, or it would be #1!

6) Card Destruction.  Card drawing that almost matches Pokemon's Professor Oak.

5) Trap Hole.  Those two Tributes got you NOTHING!  HA-HA!

4) Monster Reborn.  It allows you to bring a monster back from the Graveyard with no Tribute!  Broken with Card Destruction or Trap Hole.

3) Swords of Revealing Light.  Another personal favorite, and the best card not Limited (it's Semi-Limited).  It puts your opponent on hold for 3 turns!  Good reason to play De-Spell.

2) Pot of Greed.  The draw engine of Yu-Gi-Oh.  Very good reason to be Limited.

1) Raigeki.  Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side?  No wonder it's Limited.  It should be banned!
