The top 10 cards in english so far is in this order 10th first,  Mystical Elf, Soul Exchange, Dark Magician, The flute of Summing Dragon and Lord of D. (tied for 7th),Monster Reborn,Change of heart, Blue Eyes White Dragon, Polymerization, Red Eyes Black Dragon and Hane-Hane.


Mystical Elf got 10 because of its 2000 defence and its only level 4.

Soul Exchange is a good card for level 6 or higher monster cards. Having your choice of distroying a oppoents monster for one of you own make my top 10 in 9th.

Dark Magician is not a very good card for alot of decks it may have good power for now but waite until later series comes out. Thats why its only 8th.

The Flute of Summing Dragon and Lord of D. is a very good combo in Dragon decks. With the ability to bring out 2 Blue Eyes white Dragon in 1 tern is very good espically if you have Lord of D. in play which will make all Dragon cards imortal to all trap and magic cards. thats why its 7th place.

Monster Reborn is 6th because this card can win you the game. For example; It was my turn in a best of 3 game seires, my opponent had a Blues Eyes White Dragon on the field, i had two but it was not enough, but i drew my card and got my 2nd Monster Reborn, after i realized that i can win if i do this, Soul exchange his Blue Eyes, i now have 3 blue eyes i then use polymerazation discard all 3 of them i get Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon then use both of my Monster reborn and get out  Bues Eyes. Thanks to Monster Reborn i got out a Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon and 2 Blue Eyes.

Change of Heart is 5th because you can use that card and soul excange and you just saved all of your monsters for a sacrifice.

Blue Eyes is 4th because it is just plane awsome.

Polymerazition is 3rd because it just is.


Red eyes Black Dragon is 2nd and 2 places above Blue Eyes because of how hard to find and when you get it out your opponent will just be so amazed that you have it you will win.

Now, I know this is wierd that hane-hane is number one but think about it your opponent get a fussion card out and is conifent that he will win, just flip it and return it back to his fussion deck, not only that but he also just lost 2 or more cards. Thats why it is number 1!
