10: toon
summoned skull/level 6/fiend/toon/dark/2500/1200
effect: this card cannot
be summoned unless toon world is on the field. this card cannot attack in the
same turn it was summoned. pay 500 life points each time this monster attacks.
when "toon world is destroyed, this card is also destroyed.if your opponent
doesn't control a toon monster on the field, this card may inflict direct damage
to your opponents life points.if a toon monster is on your opponents side of the
field, your attacks must target the toon monster.
O.K. Athough this
card is good, there are a few problems. 1.It can't attack in the same turn it
was summoned. 2.If toon world is destroyed, this card goes with it. And 3rd, if
your opponent has at toon monster your toon must attack the other toon.
Thats why I put it at #10. But if you master it, it is a good card

blue eyes toon dragon (betd)/level 8/dragon/toon/light/3000/2500
same
effect as above but stronger. Although you must tribute 2 monsters to summon it,
pay 500 life points to attack, it is a good card overall.
8.witch of
the black forest/level 4/spellcaster/effect/dark/1100/1200
effect: when
this card is sent to the graveyard as a result of battle, move 1 monster with a
denfense of 1500 or less from you deck to your hand. your deck is then
shuffled.
an easy way to get a summoned skull or jinzo to your hand.

the effect is too long so i'll
shorten it. it can absorb one your opponents monsters and take on the Atk and
def of the monster. bad stats but good card
5. flame swordsman/level
5/warrior/fusion/fire/1800/1600
fusion:flame manipulator+masaki the
legendary swordsman
This is one of my favorites. my friend pick a LOB
booster for me and i got this card. Thanks!
4. time wizard/ level
2/spellcaster/effect/light/500/400
another long effect. when you flip a
coin and call it right, destroy all opposing monsters, but if it's call wrong
your in trouble.
3. magician of faith/level 1/
spellcaster/effect/light/300/400
effect;flip: select one magic card from
your graveyard and add it to your hand.
this is a really good card,
and the best thing is it is not on the banned/restricted list. so you can have
up to three magicians of faith. flip them to either bring back monster reborn,
or even better, rageiki.
2. sanga of the thunder/level 7/ thunder/
effect/light/2600/2200
effect: reduce the atk of an opponent's monster
attacking this card to 0. this effect can be used only once. the cards owner
chooses when to activate this effect,
a good effect, except it can
only be used once, a great way to get rid of opponents monster(i don't
know).

10. toon world/magic/continuous
this card is activated by paying 1000 of your life
points.
1000 life points is worth it, and also to summon toon monsters.
the sucky thing is it isn't like the one in the anime. oh
well.
9. dian keto the cure
master/magic
increase your life points by
1000
a good card when your are in a tight spot.
8. seven
tools of the bandit/trap/counter
pay 1000 life points to negate
the activation of a trap card and destroy it.
good for countering opponents magic jammer.

trap hole/trap
If the attack of a monster
summoned(excluding special summon) by your opponent is 1000 or more the monster
is destroyed
good for destroy a opposing BEWD
6. DNA
surgery/trap/continuous
select one type of monster, as long as this card
is face-up on the field, all face-up monsters will be treated as the type you
have selected.
there are endless combos with this card. Like
DNA surgery with lord of d. and other cards
5. final
destiny/magic
discard 5 cards from your hand to destroy all the
cards on the field.
i love this card. it's save my but a few
times.
4.scapegoat/magic/quick
the description is too long, but
this card has saved a lot of times whenever I can't summon a
monster.
3.monster reborn/magic
select 1 monster card
from either your opponents or your gaveyard and place it on the field under your
control in attack or denfense position(face-up). this is considered a special
summon.
this card has save me lots of times since i can bring back a
strong monster.
2. mystical space
typhoon/magic/quick
destroy 1 magic or trap card on the
field.
duh!
And #1(drum
roll)-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------GRACEFUL CHARITY/magic-draw 3 cards from your deck, then discard any 2 cards
from your hand.
This is my favorite magic card.
Drawing 3 new cards discarding 2 and being able to use monster reborn on 1 of
them its cool.
