hello here are the best 10 level 7 and above monsters in my opinion.

 

10.Sanga of Thunder-2600 is good and it has a good effect

 9.Tri-Horned Dragon-2850 is awesome and for those dragon players this card is

    awesome.

 8.Moisture Creature-good atk and and effect that can come in handy.

 7.Buster Blader-2600 is good,but the effect is even better

 6.Tyrant Dragon-2900 atk and if ur opponent has 2 or more mosnters this card can atk

    twice in the same turn,but if u it comes back from the Graveyard u must trib 1

    dragon monster on ur side of the field

 5.Blue Eyes White Dragon-3000 atk and no side effect or anything...very good

 4.Mystical Knight of the Jackal-2700 is good,1200 means witch can find him.and a

    pretty good effect which i heard u can make a lock outta of.

 3.Dark Magician-i know what ur thinking...what an idiot.But in the future this card will

    become one of the most uesd trib monsters with all the dark magician cards out there

 2.Dark Necrofear-Very Awesome effect...but just hard to get out...very hard.but if u base

   ur deck around her than u will have a pretty good deck.

 1.is..........BARREL DRAGON!!this card is sooo awesome(i might be saying this cause

   hes my favorite card)but he has a awesome effect.u could easily kill a monster and do

   2600 dmg to ur oppoents life.This card shoulda been a secret rare instead of gate g or

   thousand dragon(which both really really suck)This is best monster in mrd.In fact the

   only monster better is jinzo(probably the best monster)Of course this is all just my

   opinion.The only thing bad about him is 2600 is good but 2800 and above is the best

   and it relys on a flip!I hate flips...but if u get a second coin toss and a axe of despair

   this is the meantest monster out there!

 

some other great 2 trib monster that didnt make it here are Wingweaver,suijin,lava golem(that actually shoulda been on the list),yatama dragon,hino-kagu-tis...whatever its called,Last Warrior(i didnt includ fushions),Black skull dragon(once again no fushions),and thats it.anyway if u find something better,think my d magician ranking is stupid,or wanna send something to me,my name is Chris and my email is the_dragon_slayer_9@yahoo.com NO HATE MAIL!if u do u will regret.ERRRR.
