10. REBD- I know how awful the attack and defense of this monster is, especially for 2 tributes, but with the metalmorph option and the awsome art on the card Red-Eyes deserves a little recognition.

9. BEWD- I know that this is really outdated and that alot of players wouldnt even consider putting it in their decks but it still is one of my favorites (the LOB version was in my first pack ever).

8. Luster Dragon- Almost the attack of Summoned Skull is really good for a dragon deck because you can get him out with FoSD and Lord of D.

7. Flute of Summoning Dragons- the ability to get two dragons out is really good, especially since most dragons are really good cards and can (in some cases) help ensure victory.

6. Lord of D.- Obviously with FoSD being number 7, the Lord of D. must be number 6. Its ability to negate effects of magic against dragons is really helpful and is only preceded by the fact that he is part of a combo as old as the American game itself.

5. Twin-Headed Behemoth- This card's 'extra life' is very helpful because if your opponent has multiple monsters out then this will help delay direact damage for a little longer.

4. Yamata Dragon- The effect of this card could be really good but im alot of cases it really isn't. Im most of my duels i have kept a 4-5 card hand (due to my repetitive use of penguin soldier/ magacian of faith/ pot of greed (or graceful charity). Also, the fact that you must sacrifice two monsters to get it out for only one turn at a time really doesnt help its high defense factor.

3. Fiend Skull Dragon- The fact that this is a fusion might scare some but if you look beyond that, this is a pretty good card. It reminds me alot of Jinzo, only it negates Flip effects instead and it also prevents traps from destroying it. This with Lord of D. (protecting it from magic) could be a very annoying situation, especially if your opponent uses the Jars (cyber, mopphing #1/ #2) alot.

2. Spear Dragon- 1900 attack with a fairy meteor crush ability built in, this is a really good card. its only downfall (if it really is one) is that it is changed to defense mode.

1. Tyrant Dragon- Its pretty obvious why i rated this the best of dragon cards, the ability of attacking two monsters is really cool and the trap negation (as with Fiend Skull Dragon) can be really helpful (bye bye mirror force). Anyways, the offering of a dragon to resurect this card really doesnt make a difference since this card really only belongs in a dragon deck.
