Top Ten List- Top Ten Magic Cards
Hi! My name is Robbie and this is
my Top Ten List. I'm sure many of you will not agree with this
list, everybody has there own opinions and I'm fully aware of that and you
should be too. I hope you enjoy this!
10.)Mage Power- Despite the fact
that many say equips are horrible, this, in my opinion is one of two that should
make a Top Ten list. You might want to lay all your magic/traps down on one
turn, then Giant Trunade to keep your face-down cards safe, just to give a
little 2500 point injection on one turn. Even without this combo, this card
should make many decks.
9.) Snatch Steal- Many say this card is
exactly like Change of Heart, not in my opinion. It’s worse on the
list on account of the fact that your opponent gains life points, but it’s
better because it’s permanent. I only play this card if I’m going for the one
turn win, or to use the monster as a tribute, that way, the con doesn’t come
into affect.
8.) United We Stand- Even though the Giant Trunade combo
doesn’t work with United We Stand, it does better on the list simply because you
get a better bonus. A combo you might want to use with this card is Cyber Jar,
but that’s not necessary.
7.) Mystical Space Typhoon- A great card
that probably belongs in every deck, the reason it’s only number seven, is
because it doesn’t have a game-breaking effect. It’s effect is great, just not
one that will completely change a game. Still, this card and Heavy Storm just
about got rid of all continuous magic and traps without those continuous cards
having extreme protection.
6.) Graceful Charity- A very good card
that has no reason not to belong in your deck. "Draw 3 cards", now you tell me,
who couldn’t use three cards. "Discard 2 cards", got a nice little recursion
card in your hand and BINGO! I say this way to many times in my duels, "Well,
I’ll discard Jinzo because of Graceful Charity, now I play Monster Reborn, uhh,
I think your life points are zero".
5.) Pot of Greed- Just like
Graceful Charity, who couldn’t use two cards. Period. No drawbacks. Game
over.
4.) Change of Heart- A great card that will make 95% of decks. It’s
so much better than Snatch Steal on the list simply because you don’t have to
worry about getting rid of the monster that has switched owners.
3.) Harpie’s Feather Duster- The top three cards on this list are
all staples, if you have them, they should be in your deck. Destroying all Magic
and Trap cards on your opponents side of the field is one major effect. Going
for the kill? No need to have that Mirror Force spoil your victory. Need to get
rid of that pesky Messenger of Peace? Your answer lies, in pick number three!
2.) Monster Reborn- With this card, you may regain that monster
that is essential to your deck. Or you can purposely send a monster to the
graveyard just to summon more than one monster in a turn. Whatever way you use
it, it is essential to nearly every competitive deck.
1.) Raigeki-
"Destroy all of your opponent’s monsters on the field". You tell me an effect
that’s more powerful than that. It can be used to simply destroy one monster to
pave the way for a huge direct attack, or you can use it as defense to destroy a
whole army of monsters!
Well that's it. Feel free to send e-mails to
RobbieBond008@aol.com. I will listen to all reasonable opinions
and respond. I hope you enjoyed my list!
