Earl's Top 10 IOC Cards

 

Well, This is what I think are the best 10 cards in each group (Normal Mons, Effect Mons, Spells, and Traps).

Normal Monsters

10. Soul Tiger: Sure, its DEF is above normal, but with an ATK of 0, its weak to Stop Defense/Final Attack Orders.

9. Giga Gagagigo: With ALO, it's a 2650 ATK, Level 4 monstrousity. But the Reptile type is a type I've hated from the start.

8. Blazing Inpachi: Ok, a Mech Chaser that's prone to Tramplers. Better than the other Inpachi from PGD.

7. Ojama Black: Ok, he IS pretty much useless w/o his Spell Card.

6. Ojama Yellow: Same as above.

5. Big Koala: Well, well, well. A Beast that can be used with Tribute Doll. AND its 2700 ATK is impressive.

4. Genocide King Salmon: Basically an Amphibian Beast that becomes Level 4, and has less DEF with ALO.

3.Neobug: How, COULDN'T you like an Insect that has 1800 ATK.

2. Sea Serpent Warrior of Darkness: Same as above, but ALO makes it G-Bindproof wit 2000 ATK.

1. Mad Dog of Darkness: A Gemini Elf, that's a Beast, and has more DEF.

Effect Monsters

10. Burning Algae: Why is red heaven would you WANT to increase your opponent's LP?

9. Enraged Battle Ox: Not bad, but it would be better if there was an ATK increase with it.

8. Mataza the Zapper: Good effects, but awful name.

7. Getsu Fuhma/Ryu Kokki: Good effects for those types of decks, not mention a DNA Surgery helping them.

6. Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands: Senju and Sonic Bird all together. Not to mention a duck. (OK, bad Ed, Edd, and Eddy pun)

5. Levia-Dragon - Daedalus: Can you say ouch from a free 2600 LP loss, AND the fact ALO counts as well.

4. Invader of Darkness: Good effect, for countering MST, since that's the only Quick-Play people use. 2900 ATK ain't bad though.

3. Black Tyranno/Drillago: Ouch, just ouch. But one thing to remember, ONLY IF YOUR OPPONENT HAS NO M/T'S ON THE FIELD!!!!

2. Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of the Beginning: Double attack, or remove from play. You pick.

1. Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy of the End: This + Spec. Summoned Witch/Sangan + Yata in your deck = Game.

Spell Cards

10. Ojama Delta Hurricane!!: Hurtful. A little less useful than Huge Revolution, though.

9. D.D. Designator: Combine with a hand search or Dark Designator makes this useful.

8. Thunder Crash: No, just no. Lose your field advantage just for a max of 1500 LP burn?

7. Reload: Monster Recovery, without the monster returning. And the fact of screwing us over by making it a Super Rare from a Common.

6. Gryphon's Feather Duster: See Thunder Crash.

5. Dedication Throught Light and Darkness: Not bad for a free Spell from your graveyard.

4. Ultra Evolution Pill: Great for Dark Driceritops or Black Tyranno.

3. Jade Insect Whistle: That Parasite Paracide is now more useful when it's in your opponent's deck.

2. Earth Chant: Great for the new Black Luster Soldier in the Yugi EVO Deck.

1. Primal Seed: Hurray for RFG to Hand cards!!!

Trap Cards

10. Tower of Babel Not good if you draw a very good Spell Card with three counters on it.

9. Blasting the Ruins: You never have over 30 cards in your graveyard unless your a n00b.

8. Chain Disappearance: Uhhhh, no comment. Effect explains all.

7. Energy Drain: No. A mini-Muka Muka is never that useful.

6. Self-Destruct Button: What are the odds of that happening?

5. Begone, Knave!: Effect is as bad as its name.

4. Desrtuction Ring: Why? RoD is MUCH better.

3. Fiend's Hand Mirror: Similar to the Fairy's Hand Mirror, but for Spell/Trap cards that are targeted by a Spell Card. I always thought it was "Trap that targets monster". Why? I dunno. Instinct.

2. Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell: Just like Spell Vanishing, but without the 2 card discard. Just a Spell Card.

1. Big Burn: Perfect in Gren Maju Da Eiza.
