Ok, today is my list of my favorite ten
Spellcasters. These decks have fallen out of popularity, but I really like
mine.
ENJOY!
10) Chaos Sorcerer--Granted, not an envoy, but
summoned the same. He isn't hard to summon, nor should he be. His
attack isn't bad at 2300, and the effect can be lifesaving.
9) Dark Magician--the key monster in any, or at
least my Spellcaster deck. I'm sorry, he isn't super playable, but he's a
personal favorite, and my deck with him works.
8) Kycoo the Ghost Destroier--1800 level 4 monsters
have fallen down obviously, but his graveyard removal ability can be crucial
with all the chaos today.
7) Chaos Command Magician--one tribute for 2400
attack, only 100 less then Dark Magicain. His effect isn't totally
unplayable, but he isn't searchable either.
6) Skilled Dark Magician--1900 attack for a level 4
is still good, and the special summon possibility for Dark Magician is
great. Unsearchable though...
5) Witch of the Black Forest--the searcher in
nearly any deck for Jinzo, Skull, about whatever you need. A must in any
deck.
4) Breaker the Magical Warrior--an instant 1900
attacker is nice, right? Removing a spell counter to destroy a spell or
trap is also nice.
3) Dark Magician of Chaos--Don't get me wrong, this
guy is great. 2800 attack is quite solid, and bringing back a spell can be
game-breaking.
2) Dark Paladin--Even being fairly difficult to
summon, even as a fusion which most hate, a built in Magic Jammer with 2900
attack isn't bad.
1) Sorcerer of Dark Magic--The movie promo, he is a
bit difficult to summon, but you have DMG, Chaos Command, etc. It isn't
impossible. Combo this with Dark Paladin and Light of Intervention and
you've got the duel in the bag. Sorcerer negates traps but allows yours,
Paladin negates Magic, and Light of Intervention negates flip
effects.
Honorable Mentions: I also run one of the
following:
Gemini Elf
Magician of Faith
Old Vindictive Magician
Dark Magician Girl
