#10: People complaining about originality and then not doing anything about it,

            You know what I mean:(blah blah blah Jinzo & chaos monsters bad, etc.)

and then doing nothing to fix it. (not even an original deck idea!)

 

#9: Early cards worth squat making a comeback,

        Example: The Dark Magician, when this card came out, it was already eclipsed by the Summoned Skull and it went down hill thereafter.  Then Magician's Force came out and there were entire decks made around said card (I think of them as Arkana decks)

 

#8: Upgrades of earlier cards:

        Example: Summoned Skull becomes Skull Archfiend of Lightining,

Same stats plus a nice effect? sweet!

 

#7: instant wins,

        They still have along way to go to catch up with Magic but what we have is still pretty funny.

Example: Exodia, draw the last card and Gin!!! Ha Ha Ha!

 

#6:The mere thought of Jinzo scaring duelists into banishing their Trap cards into obscurity

 

#5: Reoccuring character's on different cards

        Example:Des Kangaroo,

this character first appeared on Destruction Punch (the effect is kind of like a reverse Mad Sword Beast in Trap form) returning in Continuous Destruction Punch {same thing only continuous and magic[#4 1/2:Magic cards become Spell cards (what!?!)]} and ending up on its namesake card (with the same effect)

 

#4:Cards featured in the Manga, but not as cards,

        Example:Zombyra the Dark,

This card appeared in the Manga as a Spawn ripoff (His original name was Zombire so no politically correct hate mail). That, of coarse, makes A Hero Emerges all the funnier (it has him in the picture)

 

#3: Unbalanced Censoring:

        You know what I mean, censors altering the picture and/or the name of a card to make it more kid friendly (Dark Ruler Ha Des, and Spirit of Flames both used to have horns and Jinzo's original name was Android Psycho Shocker) and yet Harpy Lady and Dream Sprite squeak by unnoticed Hmmmm.

 

#2: Your opponents face after a game altering move,

        (ingredients one puffed up opponent with a with a big nasty deck + you with something evil to pull.  Mix and serve.)

 

And the number #1 funniest thing in duel monsters is (drum roll please)

        Maxamillian Pegasus and his Toon Monsters!!!

yah I know it's a little anticlimactic but think about it.  Pegasus has the ability to read Yugi's

mind  and therefore interupt his annoying talks with himself, and toons (with a few exceptions) are characatures of the series' most popular monsters(I can't wait for toon Jinzo) and any series that goes out of its way to spoof itself is worth taking notice of
