10. Amplifier- When I first saw this card, I thought this was such a game changing card. Even though this is not so, it can tilt the game in your favor if played right.
9. King of the Swamp- If there is a cruddy Fusion material monster you don't like, and you don't want to include it or shell out the money for a TP1 or TP2 Fusion sub, this card is gold. This card is a nice addition to a Fusion deck.
8.Emmisary of the Afterlife-  This card can fetch Exodia pieces, Yata Garasu, and the new low level monsters that are compatible with many cards to make them a force to be reckoned with. Yeah, it's good.
7. Needle Burrower- This destructive little machine can inflict serious damage. The fact  that it needs a tribute stinks, but that can be worked around.
6. Burst stream of Destruction-  This is a Blue Eyes White dragon decks best friend. This can be used in multiples of three, meaning you have the opportunity to have the Riageki effect four times (counting Riageki). That's not even including Magician of Faith! A must for a Blue Eyes deck.
5. Enemy Controller- This is the new Change of Heart with an added option. You can either change a battle position, or tribute a monster to control one of your opponents. If the ban list comes to the U.S., you might want to consider two of these in your deck.
4. Gear Golem the Moving Fortress- This Ultra Rare gem holds the highest no tribute def. so far, at 2200. You probably won't use the effect too often, but a great card for defensive purposes and machine decks.
3. Blowback Dragon- This excellent Ultra Rare gives you the chance to destroy a card of your opponents every single turn! With Second Coin Toss, the chances increase. This is a must for machine decks.
2. Mazera Deville- this Secret Rare is hard to summon, but once on the field, its discard effect is DEVESTATING. Also, with some cards, its summoning process gets quicker.
1. End of Anubis- this Secret Rare basically retired Summoned Skull. This is Summoned Skull armed with a necrovalley effect and higher atk. can make you dominate the duel.
