Based Cards
Again, my own cards, but those who
watch Shinseiki Evangelion (Neon Genesis Evangelion) like me, and know the
entire story, will probably find these cards interesting, and may find spoilers
that they knew in here.
12) Ryoji
Kaji
Earth/Human/Effect
Your opponent may take control of
this card in your Battle Phase when you attack LP
directly.

Now, we know Kaji isn't who he seems
near the end of Eva, and we find out he's a spy, trying to infiltrate NERV, so
we had to bring in his traitorous side into the
game.
11) Captain Misato
Katsuragi
Earth/Human/Effect
While this card is on the field, the
effect of "Ryoji Kaji" is negated.

We know that Misato and Kaji were an
item, before she was rumoured to have killed him, and we know that Kaji isn't
going to switch sides while Misato's there, so that effect also had to go
in.
10) Dr. Ritsuko
Akagi
Earth/Human/Effect
When this card is Normal Summoned,
you may take one "Third Child-Shinji Ikari", "Second Child-Asuka Langley Sohryu"
or "First Child-Rei Ayanami" from your deck to your hand and shuffle the
deck.

Dr. Akagi is the more-or-less
guardian of the Chosen Children, so I thought I'd put in an effect for her to
get the Children to the hand.
9) Commander Gendou
Ikari
Earth/Human/Effect
When this card is Normal Summoned or
Special Summoned, you may take one "Test Type Eva Unit 01", "Production Model
Eva Unit 02" or "Prototype Model Eva Unit 00" from your deck to your hand and
shuffle the deck.

Like Akagi, Commander Ikari is given
an effect of getting the Evas from the deck. It was hard to decide whether or
not, to put in "or "First Child-Rei Ayanami", since the two are so
close.
8) Prototype Model Eva Unit
00
Earth/Angel/Effect
When this card is Normal Summoned or
Special Summoned, Equip it onto "First Child-Rei Ayanami", and give the card
this card's stats. When "First Child-Rei Ayanami" is destroyed, remove this
monster from the game.

Since the Evas are actually
synthetic forms of the Angels, I thought I'd give them the Sub-Type Angel. Now,
the Evas are equipped onto the Children, like in the anime, but they are useless
without the Children, which is why Eva Unit 00 is removed from the
game.
7) First Child-Rei
Ayanami
Earth/Machine/Effect
When this card is Normal Summoned,
you may take one Gendou Ikari from your hand or Deck and Special Summon it to
the field.

Well, since Commander Ikari and Rei
are close, I thought I might give Rei this effect. And since Rei's an android,
she has been classed Machine.
6) Production Model Eva Unit
02
Earth/Angel/Effect
When this card is Normal Summoned or
Special Summoned, Equip it onto "Second Child-Asuka Langley Sohryu" and give the
card this card's stats. When "Second Child-Asuka Langley Sohryu" is destroyed,
this monster cannot be used in the game, and stays on the field like this until
it is destroyed.

Asuka's Eva will be useless on the
field without her in it, so again, Eva 02 is given a Unit 00
effect.
5) Second Child-Asuka
Earth/Human/Effect
When this card is Normal Summoned,
take one "Ryoji Kaji" from your deck and Special Summon it onto the
field.

Kaji is Asuka's guardian, so he
needs to be nearby to protect her.
4) Test Type Eva Unit
01
Earth/Angel/Effect
When this card is Normal Summoned or
Special Summoned, Equip it onto "Third Child-Shinji Ikari" and give the card
this card's stats. When "Third Child-Shinji Ikari" is destroyed, give all
monsters on each player's side of the field a number from 1-10. Roll two dice
together on your Standby Phases and destroy the monster with the number that the
two dice numbers total up to.

This effect is to be Berserk Mode
for Eva Unit 01, since Unit 01 is the one that usually goes Berserk Mode and
usually crushes more friends than enemies.
3) Third Child-Shinji
Ikari
Earth/Human/Effect
When this card is Normal Summoned,
you may take one "Test Type Eva Unit 01" from your deck and Special Summon it.
Shuffle the deck.

Shinji and Unit 01, have a certain
bond, from the first episode, when Unit 01 protects Shinji from a falling piece
of heavy metal. So it seems only right to give Shinji this
effect.
2) Second

Equip Magic
Card
You may only equip this card onto
"First Angel-Adam". When equipped, you may use the effect of "First
Angel-Adam".
This all becomes a major part of
Eva, and is constantly referred to.

Dark/Angel/Effect
If you Tribute 3 monsters to summon
this monster, you may take "Second Impact!" from your deck and equip it onto
this monster. When equipped with "Second Impact!", destroy all monsters on the
field, including this one. No monsters may attack in this
turn.

This monster is what caused the
Second Impact, and destroyed the population of Earth. I had to give Adam a big
finisher technique, didn't I?
