10. Toon World/Toon cards- If this is used right, it can end the game in a matter of turns. ( they look cool too)
9.Man eater bug- This flip effect automatically sends one monster to the graveyard. Although this card has been overshadowed by Newdoria and Exiled Force, this card is still an unpleasent effect to run into.
8. Change of Heart- This card can really be evil on monsters like Jinzo and Injection Fairy Lily. (plus, the look on your opponents face can be priceless.)
7. Mystical Space Typhoon- This card can be activated at almost any point in the duel, making it very, very reliable. It does away with one magic or trap card, and that's never a bad thing.
6. Dark Hole- This card should never, ever be left out of your deck. Ever. This mini Raigeki can really make your opponent hurt. The fact that it destroys your monsters can be turned into a plus if it's With or Sangan. Speaking of Witch....
5. Witch of the black forest- This lady easily retrieves alot of useful cards like Lily, Jinzo, the Exodia pieces, etc. This card fits in nearly every deck. ( why else would it be restricted?)
4. Relinquished/ Black illusion ritual- This, like the Toons, can end the game very shortly.(also like the Toons, he looks cool)
3.  Magic Jammer- At the cost of one simple discard ( works well with Sinister Serpent) you can negate that Riageki, Dark Hole, Change of Heart, or any other Magic your opponent throws at you.
2. Monster Reborn- This staple revives monsters from both graveyards, which can give you a major lead. This is particularly good for reviving a Jinzo, or just giving you tribute material.
And number 1 is......... (drumroll please).........
1. Graceful Charity!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a very, very good drawing card that has other uses. Of course drawing 3 cards is excellent, but you can also discard useless junk you don't want from your hand, or dump a huge monster to revive. This cards many uses and hand advantage, places it at number 1.
