I thought up an extraordinary combo that will take 7200 life points from your opponent in one move.

Cards Required:

2 Blue-Eyes White Dragon

1 Dark Hole

1 Flute of the Summoning Dragon

1 Lord Of D.

Have the dark hole and the Flute of the Summoning Dragon laying face down, and in your hand hold the two Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Lord of D.  First, clear the field with dark hole.  Then put the Lord of D. card in attack mode.  Use Flute of the Summoning Dragon to place bothe Blue-Eyes White Dragon card on the field in attack mode.  Attack your opponents life points with both dragons and the Lord of D. cards. 

P.S. If you want to inflict more damage to your opponent for a one move win equip both dragons with a Sword of Deep Seated each.
