I've been noticing there has been many different opinions about what the English Magic Ruler expansion is going to consist of.  I just noticed your most recent news posting that a person looked in detail at the cards that were at the bottom of the ad.  That should be enough evidence that the English Magic Ruler will consist of the Japanese Magic Ruler and Pharaoh's Servant expansions.  One thing I have to add comes from something you already posted:

"The 3rd U.S. Expansion of Yu-Gi-Oh will be "Magic Ruler".   This expansion delivers over 100 new cards, with additional "Effect" and "Fusion Monster" cards.  This expansion is expected to be released around September 9th."

>From my knowledge of the Japanese expansions.  Magic Ruler contains exactly 50 cards.  Pharaoh's Servant exactly 52 cards.  That's a total of 102 cards, which is exactly the number of cards that is mentioned at http://www.yugioh-dungeon.com/images/magicrulerad_doc.jpg.  That should pretty much confirm it.
