I read your article today
about how it wasn't confirmed what Japanese sets would be included in the
American Magic Ruler. However, after looking at one of the Promotional
Flyers,

I noticed something that could be
confirmation. On the flyer, there are pictures of three cards - Relinquished,
Toon Summoned Skull, and Toon World. The first 'Toon' cards were released in the
Japanese series Pharaoh's Servant. Relinquished is in the previous set, Magic
Ruler. Since all three of the cards on the flyer are translated, it is most
likely that both Magic Ruler and Pharaoh's Servant will be included in the
English Magic Ruler. Combined, the set would have a total of 101 cards [50 from
Magic Ruler, 51 from Pharaoh's Servant.] Hope this helps, keep up the good
