Yu-Gi-Oh Life Point program
hey I was sitting arround and thinking about my
last tournament.....for once someone got smart and brought a calculator....I was
feeling kind stupid after I had not thought about it. Anyway to my point. I was
just sitting arround thinking it would be great to have a little program to
track it all for you so I wrote one. This program works on the lowest of Ti
graphing calculators the Ti-80 model and the program can be easily adapted for
any model use. A simple description is as follows. It starts stating the
players begining life points and a duel message:
Player 1 LP
8000
Player 2 Lp
8000
Duel
Then it gets into the first menu after you press
enter or return:
Select Player
P1 : 1
P2 : 2
Display All
Player LP : 3
the you are prompted for an input 1,2, or
3
options 1 and 2 are the same but 1 is for player 1
and 2 is for player 2
selecting 1 or 2 brings up a second menu like
this:
Player 1
Subtract LP=1
Add LP=2
again it waits an input for you to decide what
action to take
selecting subtracting look like this
Damage?
waits for input then totals the new LP and displays
them then returns you to the main menu
adding does the same as subtracting except it adds
life instead or subtracting it
selecting the Display All Player LP from the main
menu simply shows you this
Player 1 LP
6500
Player 2 LP
8000
just as it showed you the beginning life points at
the beginning of the program....it them pauses for you to hit enter or return and
then returns to the main menu.
well just thought I'd share my little piece of work
with those that play...so that they can have it a little easier when they try
and play and don't have to worry about manually working life points
