Subject: The
Immortal of Thunder Suggestion - Dark Mystic
The poor card. It seems to be
getting a bad rep, although I can see why. When flipped you gain 3000 life
points, but after that, if it's sent to the graveyard you loose 5000. It makes
me wonder what kinds of stuff the creators were on when they thought of it. No
offense to them, because I nothing but respect for them for creating such an
addictive card game, but you can't help but feel that someone messed up along
the way.
So I was thinking about it and it struck me. Is there any way I
can get this card into my opponent's hand?
I'll tell you this, I'm a
beginner, so I don't know all the rules and regulations and that's why this is
titled "The Immortal of Thunder SUGGESTION." Please do not hesitate to correct
me if I'm wrong.
But what if you used a card like The Inexperienced Spy
(or if you're lucky, there's a mirror or window behind your opponent ^_^ Just
kidding!) and you happen to find that your opponent has Change of Heart? So
anyway, what would happen if you played The Immortal of Thunder? Of course, your
opponent wouldn't dare to take a card like that, but what if you equipped The
Immortal of Thunder with Ring of Magnetism?
Now, I'm not sure if that
would work, but if it did it would mean that your opponent would eventually
loose 2000 life points.
But here are some things I have taken into
consideration that might not make this move work:
- The ring of magnetism may
not have an effect if Change of Heart is used.
- Change of Heart says you
control that monster until the end of your turn.
I'm really curious about
this so, as I said before, please do not hesitate to correct me if I'm wrong.
I'd be deeply appreciated.
