If you use a last will with an Exodia deck, you would need a Hane-Hane ready to bounce it back.  It is not really recommended, and Even I forgot that it only went to the field for one turn.  Oh well, you can bring out a Sangan with it.  And then, when it goes to the Graveyard, you get to look for the piece.

 

But remember that Monster Reborn can be used to get the Witch or Sangan back to use it again.

You can then use Magician of Faith to get the Monster Reborn Back and repeat, if it happens like that.

 

And Remember, if you play Exodia, throw in Magic Jammers or Solemn Judgment.
