This Master Paladin here, I used to go by Ron, but i prefer Master Paladin. Ok, enough of that on to my combo.
 
This is a very strange combo.
 
First play Recycle and send some used up spell and trap cards to the bottom of teh deck. After you've got what u want back in the deck, Play convusion of nature to flip the deck upside down.
 
Now use Coach Goblin's effect to send all the crappy monsters you have in your hand to the bottom(or old top of the deck to draw all the spell and trap cards you revived.
 
I suggest using messeger of peace to protect coach goblin and to play card shuffle to keep your opponent from getting vital cards
