lets see most monsters out there are level 4 beatsticks. but what if lvl3 weenies kick their ass????? hmmm...... i think it will be nice hehehe
 
to construct this deck here are the cards you will need
spells
Level limit area-b and it trap conterpart gravity bind) these cards are the best friends of level 3s level limit turns every level 4 monster to def. position and of course they cannot attack just like what happens to gravity bind.run 3

traps
 
zero gravity- this card changes the battle position of every monster  in the field.
this is a common from IOC. it can actully save you in some situations it can be used like waboku chain it to your opponents attack and negate it opponent activates mirror force chain this opponent kills nothing.run 3
 
thunder of ruler- is like a one turn swords of revealing light- run1
 
gravity bind- just like level limit- run 2
 
( its up to you what other traps you need )
 
monsters
 
rocket jumper -this is a level 3 and with level limit on the field this can attack your opponent directly just like black tyranno- run 3
 
possessed dark soul - if your opponent manages to get his level 3s offer this monster to take control of them until they are destroyed- run3
 
sonic bird - a 1700 level three monster isnt that great for this deck isnt it like the gemini elf of level 3s- run 3
 
mataza and hayabusa would also fit to this deck
 
(and its up to you what other level thee to put )
