Some new Yu-Gi-Oh decks are coming out in February that looked promising.  They are called Yu-Gi-Oh Evolution.  They are more like the powerful Japanese decks than the English decks.  Only the Yugi and Kaiba decks are coming out so far, but I'm guessing the Joey and possibly the Marik deck will follow.  The Black Luster Soldier is one of the rares in the Yugi deck and Kaiser Seahorse is one from the Kaiba deck.  Hope this is useful.
