Hand Disruption Must Haves -
Ryan Meeks
Alright, I happen to run a Hand Disruption
deck, and I wanted to point out a few cards that should always be in a
Hand Disruption type deck. One of those cards, would be Confiscation.
Mainly because you get to look at your opponents hand, and see what he has.
It would be the perfect time, to prepare for what he/she has, and now what to
use and not to use. That sets you up for D.D. Designator. You have
already seen your opponent's hand, so you can call a card you saw in his hand
from Confiscation.
I would use Delinquent Duo only if my
opponent has 2 cards in his hand. Mainly so he can have no hand at all. I hate
to use it at the beginning of the match, because I'd rather discard two game
breaking cards that he/she has saved for later. I do not reccomend Forceful
Sentry, even though it saves you from one card. You want to get rid of cards,
not have them safely tucked away back in the opponent's deck for later, it could
hurt you. Finally, 3 Drop Offs. I know some people, don't like to have 3.
But it really helps. It can get your foe into a Yata Lock. And it could set them
up for another huge attack. You have 2 powerful monters out. Your opponent has
no hand. He draw, you play Drop Off. It was a Pot of Greed. If you didn't have
that Drop off, you could have been toast, with the next two cards he/she would
have drawn. Of course, be sure to always add Don Zaloog and Spirit Reaper.
