Hi everybody, this is my first post on
pojo and I would like to thank Pojo.com for their great site. I've been a
duellist for about half a year now, and I can't say I'm that good, but I tend
to beat everyone in my neighbourhood.
It seems to me that their
decks are just to random, there's no theme actually. My best deck is an
archfiend deck, but I win most of my matches with T-virus or Great Maju
Garzett. And it seems to me that you really have to choose a strategy to win,
if you want to win some duels. They mostly run some sort of dragon/beatdown
deck, with like 50 cards and 15 traps. My deck is 41 cards and i have 8 traps.
archfiends really work, you know, and I'm a bit tired of always winning. ;) So
I went to a league in a store in the city I live in Louvain, in Belgium (Thats
in Europe, guys!) But I just kept winning. So the morale of my story is:
choose a strategy, make a deck around it. use specific cards ( I dont run
raigeki, nor MST). and if you like to sidedeck, use versatile cards. I dont
sidedeck usually because i know all my friends' cards and strategies and my
archfiends seem to work well against.

archfiend lover
