I found a very interesting set of Yu-Gi-Oh cards at my local Wal-mart today.  It contained a  Rise of Destiny special edition set (three packs and a variant card), as well as two Pharonic Guardian pack and one pack of Legacy of Darkness.  All of this was only $14.88!  Pretty good deal eh?
