13/7/5: There was once a speech here. I think it is now redundant. The
basic point is, if you are going to complain to me about something, please give
me a decent reason. If the reason is rulings based, give me a link to the ruling
or a copy of it. I don't have infinite time to work out where I've buggered up.
Anyway, hope you like the slightly improved version. This was really the only
puzzle that greatly annoyed me when it didn't work, because I rather liked the
original version. Meh.
1. Activate Compulsory Evacuation Device to return Mystical Knight of Jackal to your opponent’s hand.
2. Activate Cost Down by discarding Blue-Eyes White Dragon to the Graveyard.
3.
Tribute Witch of the Black Forest to Tribute Summon Black Tyranno.
a)
Use Witch of the Black Forest’s effect to place KA-2 Des Scissors into
your hand.
5. Pay 1000 Life Points to use Ultimate Offering’s effect twice to Normal Summon KA-2 Des Scissors and Dark Driceratops (your LP now 100).
6. Activate Rush Recklessly to increase KA-2 Des Scissors ATK to 1700.
7. Activate Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy Premature Burial.
8. Attack your opponent directly with Black Tyranno, destroying it, to do 2600 damage to your opponent’s Life Points (your opponent’s LP now 6300).
9. Attack Yomi Ship with KA-2 Des Scissors, destroying both and doing 1500 damage to your opponent’s Life Points (your opponent’s LP now 4800). However, in response to your own attack, activate Call of the Haunted to Special summon Black Tyranno to your side of the field.
10. Attack your opponent directly with Black Tyranno, destroying it, to do 2600 damage to your opponent’s Life Points (your opponent’s LP now 2200).
11. Attack Spirit Reaper with Dark Driceratops to do 2200 damage to your opponent’s Life Points.
Final Result: Him - 0, You – 100
Problem - Win the Game in One Turn:
I’ve been trying to make this one work since puzzle #5. The greatest problem with these puzzles, in my opinion, is that your opponent can’t respond to your actions. They never have any Traps! It’s not realistic! Well, this time they do. They have one Sakuretsu Armor. It will be activated against whichever monster of your would do the most damage to their Life Points (I explain this below). Good luck, and think carefully about which monster will get hit.

1. Sakuretsu Armor will be activated when the monster that can do the
most damage to your opponent attacks. For example, if a Mad Dog of Darkness and
a Mataza the Zapper attack, Mataza will have Sakuretsu activated against it, as
it would do 1300 * 2 = 2600 damage while Mad Dog would do 1900. Your opponent,
though, isn’t very clever and would not factor in if or if not you are
attacking him/her directly (if you attack a monster, the above calculation
doesn’t change).
Consider any drawn cards useless.

Well, this one was intended to be a bit easier than the last few huge puzzles; easier to make too. Also, as college is now in again I might not be able to answer e-mails with the gusto I once did.
