Dan Logan and Yu-Gi-Oh

It was Saturday time for TV, sleep, and of course Yu-Gi-Oh I am lazy so I don’t need to get up and watch it if you don’t know already my name is Andrew Berke. I showed up at Outpost Station located in Vienna V.A around 12:00 and talked to Tom Chelimi the owner. As soon as the first kid walked in I was already trading. Usually it’s basically all about me, Dan Logan,Robbie Auchter and Josh Merold. It’s always about one of us winning. The kids are cool but cannot get a clue about deckbuilding. I’ve seen kid’s playing cards like Oguchi over Blue Eyes. You may know some of us by name, Robbie Auchter from magic the gathering one of Mike Lung’s pals, Dan Logan from the JSS friend of Pro tour Mike McGee, me? Yeah used to do articles for Neutral Ground Online for my Yu-Gi-Oh articles. But it’s all good today Robbie is spending “Quality Time” with his dad instead of winning, and Josh had no cards, they were at Robbie’s house. I came with 2 Cyber Jars but that didn’t last for long…

So before I was going to start Dan Logan let me borrow another Man-Eater bug I let him borrow one of my Snatch Steals. So here is the list I ended up with

Round 1: He plays a monster in def position and I hesitate to attack he then plays horn on unicorn on it but eventually I break through his labyrinth wall before wall of shadows kills me

Game 2: He plays monsters while 7 colored fish sweeps away his life monster reborn finalizes the deal before he can get shadow wall out into play.

Games: 2-0 Matches: 1-0

Round 2: Don’t remember much except I had played him before. I play guys that he can’t deal with and monster reborn feeds of his graveyard.

Game 2: pretty much the same thing I play guys he doesn’t.

Games 4-0 Matches 2-0

In-Between rounds: Dan and I agree on splitting in the finals while my friend Jeremy messes up the brackets. It’s me and Dan…..

Round 3: I talk to Dan for awhile and agree to split my prize with him 50/50 he accepts and I go onto the finals.

Games: 6-0 Matches: 3-0

Round 4: he is playing Relinquished deck and I laugh to myself it starts with him dropping sonic bird playing a magic card and using sonic birds ability I say he cant because it says you may use it and he passed priority he gets mad and continues soon I rip him apart with big creatures.

Game 2: I go first and play card destruction he discards all the relinquished pieces including the ritual he only has one of each and gets really upset I draw like the champ I am and monster reborn a discarded creature later on when its all about me having one card in hand and a magic/trap card face down he drops dark hole I flip over magic jammer and he loses.

After me and Dan get 2 packs I open crap while my friend Bret Kelly who writes for Brainburst opens Dan a brand new spanking spellbinding circle.

I hate you Dan…
