Total Deck: 43 cards(19 monsters/ 24 magic and trap)

Round One:

I went up against a very nicely pieced together warrior deck. The guy really liked that rare equippment card Fusion Sword Murasame Blade. I pulled a Ring of Destruction early and Jinzo and managed to beat him first game.

The second game was much closer as he was playing Delinquent Duo on his first turn. I followed up with my Delinquent Duo and we were almost playing one card at a time. A Cyber Jar gave me more monsters in his and I managed to get a few good hits in before I Snatch Stole something of his. I only had 2750 left at the end of the game.

Round Two:

I went up against a guy I'd played before but I can't remember his name. He had glasses. He had a lot of traps and a lot of ways to have a monster on the field at all times(Troop Dragon, Shining Fairy, etc.). I destroyed a few of his traps with Harpie's Feather Duster and my good friend the crow(Yata Garasu) locked him when he had one hand card left.

He began game two by setting four magic/trap cards. a few turns later I sacrificed for Jinzo and he bought some time with his Scapegoats but Jinzo broke through eventually thanks to a well timed Dark Hole and Call of the Haunted to bring him back.

Round Three:

Again, another guy about my age(18) whose name I don't recall. He had a tatoo though. He went first and played a monster face down. I went and played Swords of Revealing Light. It was Cyber Jar. I drew 4 monsters, he drew 0. I summoned a White Magical Hat and did about 5500 damage. He lasted several more turns because of my hesitance to attack with lots of cards facedown but I pulled it out eventually.

Game two was much closer. The score was 6950 to 7000 at one point and basically went back and forth. I was hoping he wouldn't take me out in one big swipe with one of his three Hayabusa's. Fortunately. I used Imperial Order on his Heavy Storm and he couldn't discacrd another magic to use his Harpie's Feather Duster and Jinzo helped finish off the job.

Round Four:

(This I remember well)
I played Chris P. I VERY good 3 star monster duelist I play often outside tournaments. He went first and layed a monsters face down. I change of hearted it(Possessed Dark Soul) and attack with it and White Magical Hat. It was very neck and neck but he had a Messenger of Peace and Gravity Bind down but only one hand card and I used Skull Lair to destroy his Dream Clown and Hayabusa and locked him with our good friend Yata Garasu!

Game two I made some side deck changes. I always know he plays 3 star monsters but you can't alter your deck before you begin the best of 3 match just because you know the person. Or at least that's what I always thought the rule was. Who knows, maybe I just made that up in my head. I was very neck and neck he would put out a Dream Clown or two and I would Torrential Tribute. I'd try to attack with Sangan and White Magical Hat he Mirror Forced them. Skull Lair saved me again and Fiber Jar as I flipped Fiber Jar when he had 2100 and drew a monster and Imperial Ordered 80% of his hand the next turn and summoned Exiled Force the next turn to attack for the win. I had swapped out for a King Tiger Wanghu, 3 Possessed Dark Souls, and a Scapegoat.

My record for the day was 8-0! Undefeated! One of my best friends Steven finished 8-1 and we tied for first. Me being the non confrontational type of person I am, we decided to split and got $31.50 each in store credit! That's about all I know to say. I had a lot of win. 5 wins and two ties for 1st for me! I'm so proud! Thanks to everyone, Bobbie, Josh, Kobie, etc. and the Heart of the Cards of course!
