Well, hi, this is my first report in a while...my deck is beatdown (obviously)..I've been doing pretty weak in tournaments lately..
today my deck didnt do to great...lol. I got some good trades today:

Before the tournament, I got eight LOD packs (Ryu-Senshi, Asura Priest, the rest rares >.<). For my first practice duel, I played some really obnoxious twentysomething year old red haired pimply guy..lol. Hes really good though, last time I played him he slaughtered me very very quickly with...none other then Yata Garasu >.<. And guess what? It happened again. TWICE. AARRRGGHH. Lol, back to sanity. I put some big dents in his lifepoints here and there..but geez..Yata...ouch...that dude really needs to get a life, lol. Then, I played some guy named Richard who is really good, he plays Japanese and English..though he is like 15 and has a really high voice. And is bossy, and annoying. Anyways, he was using a good beatdown, and though the duel was close, he won. Well, having lost my first three duels before the tournament, I was pretty pissed..lol. Well, speaking of the tournament...

Right, ok, there was 42 people. I came with my friend Brandon, who got a by in the first round. Well, I had to face this one kid named Jacob, he is the son of this REALLY good dude who collects the cards..meaning he has a ton of them. I traded the collector dude (thats what Brandon and I call him) Sinister Serpent, Goblin Attack Force and Barrel Dragon for Injection Fairy Lily...I got another Sinister from trading things outside of my deck, and I didn't use Barrel Dragon..so good deal, eh? Anywho, back to playing Jacob. He has a good deck, but has NO idea what he's doing..he has a toon deck. He told to beware of his Toon Blue Eyes...tch. I'm not scared of regular Blue Eyes either (lol...met). Ok, now to the duel.

This duel was pretty easy, though it started off weird...I had a medicore hand. He starts off playing some f/d card, food for MST. I soon brought out a Kycoo and Spear Dragon...pounced on him with those. I think I pulled some combos too...though there arent many I can do in a beatdown, lol. He "thought he could beat me" he said..sure, he had a great deck, but he was too young and hyper.

This was pretty much a repeat of the last, except I lost less lifepoints and beat him easier and faster. Jinzo hit the field early, and while he was gaping at it, it slaughtered him. I used monster removal alot from the start...so I mostly had a clear field. Too bad I didnt have Ha Des and Lily yet, that woulda been fun.

Well, after shaking Jacob's hand and reporting my win, I went off to do some trading. Between matches I remember getting Exiled Force and Ha Des. I probably got some other stuff too..well probably not..whatever. To kill time, I did more practice duels against this kid named John, who just won Ra in a door prize. He wanted to use Ra..I told him next duel. So anyways, first duel, I kick his butt. Next Duel, YATA! IM GONNA KILL THAT THING (having lost to it the night before as well...)! Next Duel, I kick his butt, lol. Next Duel..Ra..don't wanna talk about it..lol.

Right I was kicking his butt. I mean seriously..but some handy work from his Fiber Jar..and it went downhill..I mean ouch. He starting pummeling me with all kinds of stuff...well, actually, THAT DUMB BIRD YATA! Wanh!

It was a pretty even battle, until monster takers (Snatch Steal CoH) came from him..darnit. So he pounded me into a bloddy pulp, like I did him, except he actually got to finish it.

NO! So close! Next time John, I swear I'll beat you. "Hey little bird, MEET MY HOT WOMAN WITH A HUGE DARN NEEDLE!!! AAHH HA HA!!." Uh hem, sorry. But, as I say, IFL is like most women, but instead of wasting money, it wastes lifepoints. Well, my friend Brandon got some easy person in the next round..and got slaughtered in the third round, because he is bad. John got into the fourth round, only to meet another person I beat outside of the tournament..and lose. The dude John lost too (and I can beat! ARGH!) ended up winning the tournament. Well, I had practice duels against Brandon, but you wouldn't care about that since I'm so much better then he is. I traded for Lily, Torrential Tribute, and the other stuff listed above.
