HELLO, everyone at pojo, this is seto calva from mexico, here in mexico the yugioh fever finally has started!!!, i have been playing yugioh for a year now, and now since the series will be airing in national tv (it was before only shown at cable or private tv systems) the hype is big enough to make bigger tournaments, and of course myself entering those tournaments is a sure thing.

So we begin, since we were 8 contestants everyone had to duel, no byes for anyone
 this tournament is 1 duel only to go to the next round, except the final which
 is a match , i duel first to a friend of mine, heres the script.
 
 
Seto Calva V.S Armando Guerra (NEEDLE WORM AND DON ZALOOG DECK!!!!)
Arm is a friend of mine, he is darn rich and he somehow got a hold of 3 needle worms !!!! probalby online since here in Mexico nobody sells tourney packs, Don Zaloog is also his signature card.
First turn, i got raigeki, MST, mirror force , fiber jar , bottomles trap hole, he goes first, uses charity , dumps jinzo and the jackal guy from pharaonic guardian, the one that can put the monster it destroys on top of opponents deck, he reborns jackal, summons marauding captain (i dont remember him using that card!!!) and with captain´s effect summons a don zaloog, sets a card face down and ends I draw, YATA !!!!!!!, i destroy the face down card, call of the haunted, thats why he didnt reborn jinzo first, raigeki all of his mons ahahahah AND YATA LOCK HAHAHAHAHAH, sorry but was so funny,

SETO CALVA V.S TWIN RICARDO ( AWFUL EXODIA DECK) 
Ricardo and Miguel are twins, both play yugioh, both suck, i think they both beat newbies since their decks are pretty bad
 
I go first, set a gemini elf, set mirror , jammer and cylinders, play swords of revelaing light and delinquent duo , he lost exodias left arm i think and a defusion(what tha!!!!!!????),he uses typhoon on my SWRL he summons sangan and attacks and i cylinder him
Me 8000, HIM 7000, i draw and get guardian sphinx, summon it for my elfs in face down, he then uses pot of greed and summons a la jinn, i mirror force both of his mons, he gets cyber jar, i draw pot of greed too, got nobleman (i breathed!!!) and magician of faith, set magician and attacked with sphynx , flipped sphynx face down on main pahse 2 and ended, he somehow just keep playing mons in defense mode that i just kepp returning, i didnt see a single magic or trap card except his pot of greed and defusion along with a trap hole used against my kycoo, i beat him really easy from that point with 2 gemini elfs.

Never seen this guy before, but the nickname is all right, this guy dresses all in black with red hair and has like 349589 rings in both hands , some sight indeed.
 
1st duel 
damn it was like he had something against every single card i had
 both of my elfs were beaten down by GAFS, all my traps were destroyed by typhoons and bait dolls and all my magics were cancelled by imperial order 
he got out second turn, he then summoned airnight and draw like 3 times until i finally killed him by suiciding my spear dragon, he obviously had a lot of advantage he just wiped me out, i never did damage, he only lost lp for that eternal imperial order.

2nd duel
NOW WERE TALKING!! I draw a great hand consisting of MIRROR FORCE, WOTBF, RAIGEKI,
 DARK HOLE, MONTER REBORN, and ROD, he set a monster, and sets 2 face down cards ,
 i draw graceful, but not use it, set the witch , use dark hole, i get YATA, 
reborn the witch and attack with yata and witch, he is now nervous , he sets opticlops 
and attacks, i ring him, he activates reckleesly greed or something like that
 (that card seems useful), i draw and get gemini elf,attack with witch and yata again,
 he sets a monster next turn and a card face down, i draw tribute to the doomed, i 
use raigeki but he jams it, then i use tribute to the doomed and discard graceful to yata lock him,
 SWEET VENGEANCE!!!!.

3RD DUEL 
HAHAHAHAHAH i get WOTBF again , a nobleman. Jinzo, bottomles traphole,
 2 tribute to the doomed(love that card), nobleman his face down mon that
 was a man eater, he lost all 3 of them , i attack, he mirror force me,
 i got lily this time since i had 2 tribute to the doomed i set a 
bottomless trap hole and finished my turn, he suumons a GAF im glad to kill,
 he resurects it and does 3300 thanks to an ax of despair, i draw and got change of heart,
 took his gaf and tribute it for jinzo and attack dirtectly, next turn i draw graceful
 , i draw another graceful and then a pot of greed(some drawing) after all that drawing
 i got lily and premature burial , jinzo , lily and WOTBF finished him in 2 turns ,
 he only set another GAF and a spear dragon in following turns

Well i sold my hobby box for 1500 pesos about 150 bucks, which is what
 most booster boxes cost here and saved the money for future packs
