Pre tournament notes: Before the tournament I made
some friends named Desmond and ??? (Sorry I forgot your name). I also traded my
Fiend Megacyber for two Invader of the Thrones.
Now to the
tournament:
Round one: me vs. Desmond
Duel one:
I started
out with Raigeki, Cannon Soldier, Malevolent Nuzzler, Darkfire Soldier #1, Giant
Soldier of Stone, and Man Eater Bug. We cut our decks and I won and I chose to
go first. I set Giant Soldier of Stone in defense mode and ended my
turn.
He put down 7 Colored Fish in attack and attacked my Giant Soldier of
Stone and lost 200 Life Points. I drew and got Enchanted Javelin and set it down
and I also played Darkfire Soldier #1 in attack with a Malevolent Nuzzler but he
Trap Holed it. He drew and equipped Black Pendant to his 7 Colored Fish and
attacked my Giant Soldier of Stone. I drew a Princess of Tsurugi and placed it
in defense and ended my turn. He drew and attacked my princess but I activated
Enchanted Javelin. Next turn I drew my beloved skull and ended my turn. He drew
and attacked me again and destroyed my puny defense. I needed one card in my
deck and drew Soul Exchange !!! I played it and tributed his 7 Colored
Fish for my skull but he Trap Holed it. NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! We kept on
playing monsters until he flipped up Cyber Jar and he got three or four monsters
compared to my Girochin Kuwagata. I couldn’t draw any monsters and he won with
his army of Skulls, Fish, and Harpie Bros.
Duel two:
He got out a skull, and Harpies Bro early
equipped with Malevolent Nuzzlers and Black Pendants. I tried to use a Dark Hole
but he Magic Drained it but I then used my Raigeki. On his turn he used Call of
the Haunted to returned his skull and attack me directly. I drew Dust Tornado
and set it down and set down a Wall of Illusion. His turn he drew and attacked
my Wall and I returned his skull to his hand. He then attacked my Life Points
directly with a Harpies Brother he drew during the last turn and got me down to
about 2000. I drew and got a Big Eye and ended my turn. He reborned a Harpies
Bro and equipped it with a Malevolent Nuzzler and attacked my Big Eye and my
lifepoints directly and won.
