Thats my deck. I have some pretty good cards, but I know I need better deck building skills! ( shhhh! ) Well I finished pretty high in the tourney last week. I took 1st and won all of Exodia and 3 PSV booster boxes. This tourney took place on Friday, Jan. 24. My uncle owns this store and he always has awesome prizes. This week they were: 1st: $200 store credit. 2nd: $150 store credit. 3rd: $100 store credit. 4th: $50 store credit. 5th: $25 store credit. Everyone who entered got 2 tourney packs. I went with my cousin and my friend AJ. Onto the tourney.

Round 1: Me vs. Ryan ( standard beatdown )

I've never seen this kid before, but I wasn't gonna under estimate him. He started out laying a La Jinn in atk and 3 m/t's. I layed a GAF and attacked and tributed it for a Barrel Dragon. He layed down a card in def mode. I didn't want to attack, so I drew a card... Time Wizard!

I used it's effect and called right. It turned out to be a Wall of Illusion. I atk his LP's with Barrel Dragon and Time Wizard. He couldn't get any mons out so I just kept atk his LP's. I won.

Round 2: Me vs. AJ. ( Gate Guardian Deck )

I have to face him! LOL! He really sucks! I know he's my bud, but he runs a Gate Guardian Deck. I'm not gonna go into details... let's just say I won.

Round 3: Me vs. Sergio ( Exodia )

This kid runs an Exodia, uh-oh. I know this kid cause he goes to the finals every other tournament. He starts off with a card in def. I think I know what it is. I lay Mechanicalchaser and atk sure enough, WotBF. My guess is he took an Exodia piece. He smiled. OH CRAP! But it turned out to be a bluff. DAMN HIM! Ok I had to win, I draw... Barrel Dragon! I tribute Mechanicalchaser for it and atk his LP's. He cant get any mon's out to protect his LP's, so I just keep atk his wide open field. I won. I looked at his hand. HE HAD 4 PIECES OF EXODIA AND HIS NEXT CARD WAS THE FINAL PIECE!

Round 4: Bye ( I am automatically in the semi's )

During the bye, I decide to make some trades and I bought a LOB pack and I got an ultra-rare Blue-Eyes. I traded my TP2 Morphing Jar for 3 Maha Vailos, SoRL, Heavy Storm, 3 Black Pendants, and a Beast of Talwar. Good Beatdown cards, and I really have no use for a Morphing Jar, and the kid was so happy he got it, so I was glad both of us were happy. I put the Blue-Eyes in place of my traded Morphing Jar.

Round 5: Me vs. Paul ( Semi's )

This turned out to be the kid I traded my Morphing Jar to. He ran a deck depletion deck with all the " Jar's. " I got my Barrel Dragon out on the 2nd turn, but somehow he had me down to 5 cards at the end of the 12th turn. I had to end it now! This draw will decide it. TIME WIZARD! I slap this baby down and called the flip right, I clear his field and atk with both to win the game.

Round 6: Me vs. Peter ( Finals )

This kid ran a Maha Vailo Deck. Before the match, I too 2 of my Gearfrieds and added my other Axe, and Cyber Jar. I start the duel with a hand of: Barrel Dragon, Time Wizard, GAF, Raigeki and PoG. He lays a Maha down with 3 Axe's? Are you serious, on the 1st turn? I layed down Time Wizard and flipped a coin, I called wrong and got 250 deducted from my LP's. He atk his Maha powered up to 6050 atk took that from my Lp's, I was screwed. I didnt have any non-tribute mons in my hand so I could to nothing. He won next turn. I ended up with 2nd. With my $150 store credit I bought 5 LOB, 5 PSV, 5 MRL and 5 MRD packs and got a Red-eyes Black Dragon, Fiend Megacyber, Beast of Talwar and a Gate Guardian. I hate GG, so I gave it to some kid who has a GG deck for his 2 tourney packs. I opened up the pack he gave me and MORPHING JAR! Again... I am pulling this card like commons. I traded it to the store for $135 and some new shiney red deck-protectors.

Someone broke into the store that night, but luckily my uncle took the earnings to the bank before he left.

To the @$$ who stole that kids Morphing Jar I traded him. I won it back in a duel and a BSD and a Jinzo, I gave them all to the kid who got his TP2 Morphing Jars stolen.
