Otherwise you got a tournament pack and a certain number of LoD packs depending on what round you got to. At first i thought this was a pretty good deal, until i figured out that the packs are rigged. They judge told me that after they open the box, the open packs until they find a holo. Then, they go down 4 packs(in the box of LoD) and each pack 4 packs down from the holo is another holo. According to the Judge, each set has pattern for getting holo's. So unless you in the final four, you can't get a holo unless its in your TP3. Not cool.

My deck is a speed/earth beatdown variant, and it does pretty well.

Round 1

Me Vs. Tracy (An older duelist that uses a beatdown)

I cleared the field and hit him with Witch early in the match and then with Exiled Force later on. After that we exchanged blows until I could finish him of with some powerful monsters and equip cards. Next duel we fought for field advantage, and he got it when he summoned mechanical chaser and killed my Kycoo. But I was able to recover by using premature and tributing for Airknight Parshath, to do 50 damage to him J. From their, I kept on attacking with Airknight and got enough cards to win. Good duelist and good attitude. There should be more like him.

Round 2

Me Vs. Mike (Runs an assortment of cards that are mostly beatdown)

Earlier I traded with him, and he had some pretty good cards, so I was pretty scared. I got to go first and started strong with The Forceful Sentry. Love that card first turn. Since I knew his hand, I was able to counter everything by denying him the use of his Harpies Feather Duster and overpowering him, eventually summoning Yata-Garusu and Locking him. Next duel he won, I’m pretty hazy on the details, but it was pretty close. Last duel my deck came through, and I was able to beat him down. Another good duelist.

Round 3

Me Vs. (eerm sorry forgot you name. Runs a beatdown/burner…)

First duel he pwnt me. He got five monsters on the field via cyber jar and then tributed them for the win with cannon soldier.. Great when I have a mirror force down. The next duel I won with field control and card advantage (Delinquent and The Forceful Sentry rock). Last duel it was close, but those friggin penguin soldiers cleared my field, and he was able to finish me. BAH!!!! Can’t believe I lost. Oh well, he did a good job.
