Sorry, if my tourney report is a little….how shall I put this……sucky…..This is my first tourney report so
can ya guys cut me a little slack O.K.!  Just kiddin' this was actually my first real tournament, I'm fourteen
if ya guys care, (I usually go to one's over at my friends house, his parent's are really cool and all…so I
pratically live there….his parents call me their second son…) On with my report!  I went to the tourney
with 2 of my best friends Ryan (Dragon Deck Extrordinare) and Don (Relinquished Deck), I also went with
my girlfriend Marian (Isn't that cool…a girlfriend who'll play yu gi oh and play videogames with me) she
has a water deck.  It's kick ass though…..she has 3 Legendary Fishermen.  To my deck……

Ragnarok

My deck is based on Monster Removal.

- Tribute Monsters - 5
3 - Barrel Dragon - The king of all Monster Removal… uhhh… monsters
2 - Summoned Skull - Put this in my deck just because I might need some extra firepower or when I can't
get out Barrel
- Non -Tribute Monsters - 17
3 - Gemini Elf - Ultimate four star monster ATK wise at least
3 - Man - Eater Bug - Oh, you got out your Blue Eyes…..oops….there it goes…..
2 - Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer - Good four star plus nice effect
2 - The Last Warrior from Another Planet - Almost rivals Barrel….some say it surpasses it but it can really screw you over sometimes
2 - Zombrya the Dark - For fusion….good four star wall…
2 - Maryokutai - For fusion….and also when peeps try to play….any magic card
1 - Mechanical Chaser - Got this in a tourney pack I dueled my friend over…..I put up 2 of my Barrels for
it….almost lost had like 500 LP's left….but busted out with the Cease Fire..would've died without my
Barrels
1 - Cyber Jar - Take 'em off the field
1 - Witch of the Black Forest - To get summoned mostly….but can get anything 'cept Barrel and Warrior.

2 - Mystical Space Typhoon - I'm a real Magic/Trap hater….weeeelll not exactly I just don't like when
they're used on me…
2 - Ekibyo Drakmord - LOVE this card keeps on going back to my hand….
2 - Fissure - Good for getting high level singular monster off the field
2 - Polymerization - For making the Warrior
1 - Raigeki - Take 'em off the field
1 - Dark Hole - See above
1 - Monster Reborn - Get back Barrel
1 - Premature Burial - Ur not rid of Barrel yet….
1 - Heavy Storm - What can I say….I'm an M/T hater….
1 - Harpy's Feather Duster - M/T hater
1 - Change of Heart - Helps with the tributing
1 - Pot of Greed - Get to my Barrel faster
1 - Swords of Revealing Light - Stalling….really gets people pissed
1 - Graceful Charity - Get to Barrel faster

1 - Dark Spirit of the Silent -  Hey!!! Why'd you attack your own monster….oh….that right!! I used this
card on it….
1 - Chain Destruction - This card is a lifesaver it helps me get rid of Exodia users…and for people who use
3 of a card….especially tribute monsters….kinda like me…
1 - Torrential Tribute - Take 'em off the field….ohh yeah works on Special summons…
1 - Call of the Haunted - Didn't I tell ur not rid of Barrel!!
1 - Mirror Force - Your monster's just attacked themselves….
1 - Magic Cylinder - This cards a fun one to use on an opponent….Like when my homeboy Ryan up there
busted out his Blue Eyes with 2 Axe of Despairs and 3 Megamorphs.  If I calculate correctly
that's….11000 ATK power……didn't have anything on the field…he did this on the second turn (he had
an Ultimate Offering)….thought that he had me…..man that was funny…
1 - Seven Tools of the Bandit - Counter some traps
1 - Royal Command - Basically to use with my Warrior so they'll have a hard time takin' him out….
1 - Imperial Order - Use with Warrior also a good Magic Jammer…
1 - Cease Fire - I have so many effect monster in my deck I just was thinkin' man I can do some serious
damage with cease….one time I did about 2500 with it….just like a summoned skull….without the
summoned skull…

The prizes for winning were
1st place = 5 LON boosters' and 2 tournament packs
2nd place = 3 LON boosters'
3rd place= 1 LON booster

These were 1 round matches meaning you lose ur done….


My first duel with one my other friends named Dean good duelist….has lot's of money…but doesn't really
know how to construct a deck….he'll just throw anything in there…..Like he used to have 3 Jinzo's (before
they were restricted) and he had about 18 traps in his deck….(sorry…man just tellin' like it is….we still
cool though, right?) I don't know what to classify his deck as….

1st round- Even though this guy (Dean) doesn't really have a theme….man can he duel!! He's good..(See I
made up for bashin' ya) Anyway…For a couple rounds like 3 I couldn't pull any monsters….he was really
raping my life points….He pulled out a Harpies 1st turn, a La Jinn 2nd turn, then tributed them both for his
Tri-Horn…He then used Card Destruction which was my saving grace….It was sweet….I pulled Zombrya
the Dark, and Maryokutai and Polymerization AND Royal Command plus a Harpies Feather Duster.  So I
was like hell yeah!! So I used Poly with Zombrya and Maryo got out my Last Warrior then put Royal
Command face down….next turn he starts laughin' and says "aww…man that sucks you pulled all those
cards and used 'em all just to get out ur Warrior….but look at my face down card!!!It's a Man Eater…)
That laughing mock quickly turned into a very vulgar and loud adjective aimed at me…the f-word….it's an
adjective right?….when I flipped up my Royal Command.  The next I recall I pulled an Pot of Greed and a
Imperial Order…I use Pot then I pull a Barrel and a Call of the Haunted….too perfect….I set Imperial face
down…too many cards in my hand so I get rid of Barrel and set Call down..Also use Harpies Feather
Duster and attack his little useless Man Eater….He sets a monster face down…I Call back my Barrel
(ha..ha..get it I CALL back my Barrel 'cause I Called it back with my Call of the Haunted..oh…man..that's sad….I'm probably the only one laughing at this lame joke…my girlfriend is looking with disgust at me
right now…I think I'll quit while I'm ahead…)  Use it's effect, and then attack him direct with both
monsters.  He get a heavy storm next turn…uses it…then there goes Barrel and Royal Command and my
Imperial….I know, I know I'm dumb I forgot to use Imperial, I only realized this AFTER the duel….He
attacks with Witch of the Black forest..I have like 350 LP's left….I'm telling myself time to pull a Yugi
here Chris…So next draw I get a Monster Reborn….I was like that is some MAJOR heart of the
cards…Use It to get back my Warrior…sorry Barrel…kill his Witch…he gets Summoned Skull….If I was
him I would've got Cyber Jar…that's his fault I guess…he forgets that he can't summon plus it's a tribute
(no shit sherlock)…and he has no magic or traps on the field…so I attack and finish the duel…oh yeah…Prolly
would've been over a long time ago, if I used Imperial, alas….ya live and learn…then ya get luv's..(O.K.
I'm really gonna stop, Marian is looking like she's about to kill me for cracking these corny jokes, but I'm
bored, as you can tell by the length of this report)

Anyways I just have to add this believe it or not that was one of the shorter duels so while I was waiting for other peeps to get done I watch Marian kick some serious A S S… She was freakin' killin' this kid with a toon deck… She got out all 3 Legendary Fishermen..

2nd round - Against my really good dueling friend Ryan…We call 'im Kaiba…He was the first one in our
circle to have 3 Blue Eyes…he even has Blue Eyes Toon…this guys crazy 'bout Dragon cards…Has a
Dragon Deck…really a beatdown….  Anyway second duel was shorter than the first…Yeah first off he went first and he started off with Ultimate Offering payed 1000 LP's to get his Blue Eyes out then put a Megamorph on it…. I was like crap this sucks…… My first hand got some crap but I did get mirror force… I set that face down then also set Kycoo down in defense mode…He attacked and I played mirror force he was countin' that I'd do that that and he used his seven tools to get rid of that…On his turn he got Buster Blader (I know what the hell…why is a dragon user using an anti-dragon card..)..He was so cocky that he told me he had it in his hand..Then he attack me for 6000 direct.. But then since he was winning his Blue Eyes ATK power was at 1500… So I set down a Cyber Jar then I also play Swords and set Heavy Storm down… he sets down a monster…I know he's trying to get out his Buster Blader… I put down Kycoo and I attack his face down card…Cyber Jar…I get a Kycoo, Mechanical Chaser, Barrel Dragon, Chain Destruction, Mystical Space Typhoon… I set down chain… Next turn I use then pull out Barrel and use it's effect on Buster…then I attack his Blue Eyes…also use chain on it…He then pulls out blue eyes toon with ultimate offering. He attacks me "directly" but he forgets that they can't attack on the turn their summoned… I set down Imperial Order and Mech Chaser is still on the field.  Next turn I use it getting rid of his Toon World use heavy storm then attack him… he's dead..

This round I play my girlfriend Marian… I thought she would go easy on me…she didn't…I'll make this one really brief… I got my rear end handed to me.. I got my s**t pushed in…. it was pathetic.. Yeah she started this with oh I'll go easy on you… yeah right…

3rd round - I'm not going into full detail… Let's just say that almost every Magic, Monster, and Trap I played got counterd.  And she also got out her Legendaries… Gosh the card is so annoying… Couldn't use any of my Magics on them.. and she has 3 seven tools..so I couldn't use traps that much… Pluse she has Harpies Feather Duster…3 Mystical Space Typhoons…3 Dust Tornados… And a Heavy Storm plus all of the those take the monster off the field kinda of magics and traps…
