Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower in it :( Made some good trades: Trade 1: My: IOC Ring,
BLS-Envoy (I had a spare) for these: Ring 1/E, Ha Des, Ceasefire, Dark Magic
Attack, Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer, Skilled White Magician 1/E, Scapegoat x2,
Book of Moon x2, Waboku, and Kuriboh MRD.
Trade 2: My: MFC Dark Paladin and
Nimble Momonga x2 for: Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer x2 and Watapon (^_^ They are so
cute ^_^)
The Tournament Begins!
Match 1: Adam VS Matt (Dark Magician Deck)
Duel 1: In the beginning I
was swarmed by a DMoC and a CED, but I came back for the win with a CED
explosion.
2200-0
Duel 2: He set 2 cards and ended. I summoned TIV and he
used Torrential. it went back and forth until I got about 12 cards in my hand in
1 turn (Cyber Jar, Pot, Graceful, Mirage, Painful Choice). Then I cleared the
field and won with some weak monsters, because he wasn't drawing anything.
Match 2: Adam VS Brian (Magical Scientist Deck)
Duel 1, Turn 1:
Scientist and Turtle..... grrrrrr...........
0-1000
Duel 2: Luckily almost
all his hand were Magic cards, so he played drawing cards (Reload, Pot, etc.)
Played Reasoning, I called it wrong and he got a Catapult Turtle out, but used a
Monster Gate on it and got a Gilasaurus. Fiber Jar helped me a LOT in this
one.....
3400-0
Duel 3: Basically the same duel as Duel 2, he kept using
cards to draw and I whittled him down slowly.
5200-0
Duel 3: Adam VS Anthony (Hero Deck)
These duels were very funny, as
Anthony uses a Hero deck nearly completely filled with monsters like BEWD, DM,
Zaborg, GG Pieces, etc. and Reasoning and Monster Gate to get them out.
Duel
1:
I kept calling wrong on Reasoning, and he had out a Zaborg and Sanga, and
kept attacking and killing my defenses, but then I got Ring and Change of Heart
and it was over.
3100-0
Duel 2:
Anthony must have had a hand full of
useless cards, I kept attacking, and he was down to around 3000 till he got
something out, but he was too far behind to completely kill me. I still say you
should go back to your Normal Monster deck, Anthony......
In-Between Duels
Brian was dueling Matt, but he suddenly had to leave,
so he automatically forfeited. I was glad, since that was the deck I was most
worried about losing to in the finals. I watched Anthony duel Matt to see who
would face me, and the score was this:
Anthony: 100
Matt: 8000
And
Anthony won! Snatch Steal got him 2000, and Reasoning and Monster Gate kept
getting his strong monsters on the field. Very funny, and good, duel.
Sold
some extra cards for $17 to Matt and someone else.
Finals: Adam VS Matt (Dark Magician Deck)
Duel 1: It was around 3000
(me) to 5400 (Matt). He had a Chaos Sorcerer out and I had nothing on field. I
drew Yata, used Change of Heart on Sorcerer, had it remove itself, then Yata won
me the game.
Duel 2: Basically the same thing happened, Yata got him in a
lock at the end of the duel for the win.
I won the tournament! (My 4th win) I got 2 AST packs as my prize, and I got
Triangle Power and.... The End of Anubis!!!!!
Props:
Winning the Tournament
Getting End of Anubis and awesome
trades
Anthony's Hero Deck (What will his next deck be?)
Anthony Winning
when it was 100-8000
Slops:
None!
It was a very nice tournament altogether.
