1^st Round: Me vs. Chad (Beatdown)

1^st Duel: I started out good with three 1900s, but he stalled me for three turns w/ swords. During that time he built up an army of monsters. On the third turn he used Raigeki and wiped me out.

2^nd Duel: I started out with only 1 monster (barrel dragon), and didn’t draw any until it was too late.

 

2^nd Round: Me vs. Ryan (Machine)

1^st Duel: I wiped him out in a few turns using 1900 attackers.

2^nd Duel: he stalled me a while with some high defense monsters w/ equips, but I used dark hole to get rid of them. I monster reborned my tyrant (yes, I said high defense), and summoned spear dragon, and wiped out half of his lps. Next turn, he had no monsters and I wiped out the rest.

 

3^rd Round: Me vs. Jordan (Burn)

1^st Duel: I wiped him away with strong attackers in the first few turns. He had played Spirit Reaper, but I used FAO to change it to attack. I kept attacking it to take out his life points.

2^nd Duel: I got bad cards. The only good combo came in my first turn was ocean and fisherman, but he got rid of the fisherman w/ exiled force, and then wiped out my lps with 2 wave-motion cannons (I hadn’t drawn t-wall).

3^rd Duel: I got ocean and t-wall first turn, so it blocked his burning cards. I wiped him out after eliminating his only monster, spirit reaper.

 

4^th Round: Me vs. Some Little Rich Kid (Archfiend)

1^st Duel: I only had to attack head on once with GMG to take out his lps because he had to pay way too much for his archfiends.

2^nd Round: He got pandemonium first turn, and those archfiends are really good when you don’t have to pay. I got him back though when I drew injection and had t-wall on the field. I activated my final attack orders, and turned weaker archfiends to attack. It was over in a few turns after that.

 

5^th Round: Me vs. Joel (Yata Beatdown)

1^st Duel: He wiped me out with his dark master zorc in the first few turns because he rolled 1s twice, and never a six.

2^nd Duel: I slowed him down because I got five monsters on the field, and then he got out dark master zorc and rolled 6, and I wiped out his life points in one turn.

3^rd Duel: He got me in the infamous Yata lock. That is all I have to say.

 

I am eliminated

 

6^th Round (Final): Joel vs. Chad

Chad won the first and Joel won the second. In the third, Joel was about to win, but Chad got fiber jar, reset the duel, and won.

 

My final place: 4^th

Winner: Joel
