I got a ride with my friend Cody to the
tournament and I bought a pack as soon as I got there. Unfortuneatley, I got a
Mudora, but at least I would later trade it and Megacyber for Archfiend Soldier.
We got to our usual seats and began to duel.
MATCH 1 = Lyin' and Cheatin' and Stealin' vs.
Some Kid with a lot of 1900s and acne
DUEL 1= I opened up with Pot of Greed and
Graceful Charity and drew a whole bunch of crap. I played a monster
face-down (Little Winguard who I traded after) and ended my turn. He attacked
with a Gemini Elf and ended his turn by setting two m/t face down. I set
4-Starred Ladybug of Doom face-down and ended my turn. He summoned out another
1900 attacker and Noblemaned of Crossouted my Ladybug. He attacked for 3800.
Then I set an Old Vindictive Magician and he Noblemaned that too! He tributed
Gemini for Jinzo and attacked with Skilled Dark and jinzo for game.
Me- 8000-4200-0
Him- 8000
DUEL 2= I went first and basically started with
a crappy hand and ended with a crappy hand. I couldn't get anything to attack
with but I held on for a long time until he wiped me out.
Me= 8000-?
Him=8000-6100-5000-3100-1800
Afterwards I learned what was wrong with my
deck= TOO MANY FLIP EFFECTS!!! The deck I posted in this report is my deck after
the tournament.
