Now, for the report:

Round 1
Me vs. John (ALO deck)

I knew I was in for a world of hurt since TIV was useless here (kinda). So many Aqua types, it'd be wiping itself out.

I won the Janken and drew DMG, Graceful, Sage's Stone, Gemini, and BB. I draw for my turn and get Double-Coston. I use Graceful and get Breaker, MST, and Premature. I discard DMG and Gemini. I then use Premature, reviving DMG, then use Sage's Stone to Spec. Summon DM to the field. I set MST, and summoned Breaker. I then ended. He was impressed by my skills. So he used ALO, and summoned Gagagigo, and attacked my Breaker. I used MST to nuke his ALO, and he runs smack into Breaker. He ended by setting 2 M/Ts. I drew and got King of the Swamps, which I discarded to grab Poly, then used it, busting out Dark Paladin. I use Breaker to rid his left M/T, being Mirror Force. I then summon Double-Coston, then attack with all for game. Who thought it'd be that easy?

This was a 1 duel per round, on account of time, sincethey were hosting a M:TG tourney in a while.

Round 2
Me vs. Chris (Chaos Deck)

I was so peeved!!! I ran smack into a Chaos Deck. I figured that I could handle it, so I went along with this. Wait to see the result.

He won the Janken, and summoned DDWL and set 3 M/Ts. I drew and had the following hand: Breaker, Pot, Poly, DMK, CotH, and Gemini. I set CotH and used Pot, getting Knight's Title and Gemini. I then summoned Breaker, then nuked his middle M/T, being a CotH, but he chained with Waboku, so attacking would only mean a removal. I ended. He sacked his DDWL for V-Lord and used RoD on Breaker. He then attacked and chose Trap. I discarded my Cylinder. He ended. I drew DM, and thought to myself "Now how can I pull off getting DMK out?" It'd be my first time doing it, since I only got Reshef the day before the tourney. I thought about the CotH on my field and got a light bulb. I summoned Gemini, then ran it into his V-Lord. He thought I was crazy, and chose Monster. Just what I wanted him to pick. I discarded DM, then on Main Phase 2, used CotH on him. Then, I used Knight's Title to bring out DMK, nuking his V-Lord with his effect. I ended. He drew and set a monster. He ended and I drew, getting Mirror Force. I set that and summoned my other Gemini and attacked his f/d with it, being a DD Scout Plane. I then attacked his V-Lord, that was Special Summoned. I ended, and he drew, then laughed. He removed DDSP and DDWL for BLS-EotB. I've had a bad past with this guy, and it's gonna haunt me again, or will it? He went for the double attack, only to fall to my Mirror Force!!! He then ended, and DDSP was brought back. I drew and got Double-Coston. I summoned it, attacked with it, and then attacked with Gemini and DMK directly. He drew, and moaned. I could tell he drew CED, and with no Light in his GY, he was sunk. He ended, since he had no other monsters to summon. I drew and attacked with Gemini and DMK for the win.

Round 3
Me vs. Jennifer (Elma-Exodia)

OMG! I was shivering in my boots, worrying about Exodia nuking me to bits. I took a chance and it was close.

She won the Janken, and used RotA, grabbing Gearfried. She then set a monster and ended. I drew and had DMG, DMG, Sage's Stone, SDM, SWM, and Double-Coston. I summoned Coston, and attacked. She flipped her Kotetsu. She then grabbed the dreaded Dagger. I ended and she summoned Gearfried, and attacked. I draw Pot, and use it, getting Poly and Knight's Title. Great more useless cards. I summon SDM and attacked. Then I realized the mistake I did. I shoulda summoned first, then used Pot. Oh well, **** happens. I ended. and she drew. She summoned Sangan, and suicided it, grabbing Exodia's Head. I kept a close eye on her hand, making sure she never went over 5. She had 3 and I was shivering. Then I realized 1 of them was the Dagger. I was safe, for now. I draw and got BB. I sacked SDM for DMG, then used Sage's Stone. DM was summoned, and then I had a pedicament. To fuse, or to Knight? Since she had no cards on the field, I fused. Then, I attacked with both monsters. She had 1800 left. She draws and summons Witch, 'ciding it into Paladin. She said she had to go to a doctor's appointment, and forfeited in this way. I love it when people forfeit like that!!! ^_^

Round 4 (FINALS)
Me vs. Craig (GG Deck)

When I saw this guys strategy, my jaw hit the floor. He used Gate Guardian!!!

I won the Janken (finally) and drew DMK, DMG, Premature, Pot, and S Stone. I drew for my turn and got Graceful. I used Pot first, getting SDM and SWM. Then, I used Graceful, getting DM, Reborn, and Title. I discarded DM and DMG. I Reborned DM, then Titled him. Then, I Prematured DMG. I summoned SWM, and used S Stone. I had 4 monsters on the field in 1 turn. He neve stood a chance. At least, I thought so. I ended. He uses Painful Choice, taking 2 Sanga, 2 Kazejin, and Suijin. I chose Suijin. He then used The Cheerful Coffin, tossing Suijin, then used Soul Release, removing 1 of each piece, and my DM. Then, he uses Dimension Fusion. I was shocked!!! It was 5 against 3, but then he set a monster, then Book of Taiyou'd it, being Arsenal Summoner. My jaw literally hit the floor this time. He sacked the pieces, and busted out GG!!! GG attacked my DMK, and I was hurting. He ended, and I drew....COSTON!!! What good was that? I set SDM, then switched my other monsters to Defense. I ended, and he drew. He then used Raigeki. Great, he gets a GOOD top-deck while mine sucked. I then got hit by GG and Arsenal. I was down to 600 LP!!! And to think, in the other duels, I only lost LP from my own Premature!!! I drew, and got HFD. I set Coston and ended. He drew, then killed Coston with GG, and killed me with Arsenal!!!

Meh, so I got 2nd. Not bad.

Props: John, for an easy first round
Chris, for making me FINALLY defeat my most hated deck ever.
Jennifer, for being a good sport (and the 'cide that I love seeing)

Slops: Craig, for busting GG on my ass
Me, for losing to the worst effect monster ever
Me, for pulling sucky cards from my AST pack that I bought
Me, for pulling nothing good in the TP4 pack I won (I pulled Karate Man, Mad Sword Beast, and Rush Recklessly)
