Burst of Power
Pay 2 spirit, draw 3 cards. This beats almost everyother event that
draws cards overall. And the few cards that can do better, are
conditional. If you have it, Run it.

Burst of Power:
The best, most reliable card-draw in the game. Imposing Evil costs
less, but is more situational (forget about it in kings), Suzaku's
only a sure thing in Masho, Kitty love costs more for less draw, and
Meow takes a good bit of setup. Burst is 3 cards for 2 spirit (one
for Raizen's Alliance), a great deal. For most decks, it is run
without question.
Better in limited, due to a lack of card draw in any set.

Burst of Power
pay 2 draw three, Bop, Burst, whatever you
say when you play this card. Another one of those Base set staple
ghosts here. In a game where hand advantage is the difference between
life and death, this card is key. And just think, if you try out the
new Raizen's Alliance team, that's 3 cards for only 1 spirit.
