Oy. Definitely a card for Stall decks.
I remember when I was fighting a small Stall deck. I had already won two
matches. Third match pitted him against my Kuwabara. My deck was thinning
and he just kept using Party Times, then shuffling them back into his deck.
Whenever he wasn't preventing me from attacking, I used Kuwabara's Spirit
Push just to keep myself from being decked out.
That's enough reminiscing. The point is: Party Time, in the hands of a Stall
deck, can be an Beatdown's worst nightmare. Don't think I'm crazy - I say
this out of experience.
