Hospital Bed:
Not the greatest card. I wouldn't suggest running it as cards in hand
are essential to this game. If you have no other healing cards, dont worry,
just run ultimate test and make your opponents heal cards obsolete. 1/5

Hospital bed. Well we're really scraping the
bottom of the barrel today with arguably the worst rare in Yu Yu, if not the
worst card in the base set. Now usually healing a point of damage to your
char is a good thing, and can win you a match that would otherwise have gone
to your opponent. But all the healing in Yu Yu comes with a price, and among
spirit energy and cards in hand, the hospital bed has the highest cost among
the four. The 2 Spirit is higher than any of the other healing cards, though
it is still cheap. However, the real reason hospital bed comes up a loser is
the 2 cards you've to discard to it's effect. If you didn't have to
sacrifice the item after use, or if you didn't have to discard 2 cards, or
if it was easier on the spirit energy this MIGHT be on the level of the
other three healing cards.
