Reconstructed Pre-Constructed Decks

Someone suggested that we post this section, and we think its a good idea.   So many kids and newbies start off with a pre-constructed deck, but want to make it even more competitive.   We are going to ask some of the best deck builders around to look at the pre-constructed decks, and make a few suggestions to make these decks even more formidable!   (English 101 - formidable - adj.  1.
