Fire Formation-Tensu, another Magic card obviously supporting the Fire Fist Archtype.  This is going to be short and sweet folks, but for a different change of pace, not because the card is bad, it's just a very simple one.  This is a Continuous Magic Card (with all the drawbacks thereof) that allows you an extra Normal Summon once per turn, so long as that Monster is of the Beast-Warrior type.  That isn't a bad thing at all.  You should be able to turn that into an immediate advantage via XYZ or something, even if this card only stays on the Field for one of your turns.  This card also grants an extra 100 attack to all your Beast Warriors, which is negligible, but an increase nonetheless.  Use one if you want, it won't break your Deck open, but it certainly won't hurt either.

It's April Fool's Day, how are we not reviewing cards like Shapesnatch or Trent? Anyways, Fire Formation - Tensu is another good card for the already strong Fire Formation deck, as it is a Continuous Spell Card and once per turn, you can normal summon a Beast-Warrior type monster in addition to your regular normal summon. Also, all Beast-Warrior monsters you control gain an extra 100 ATK. This is good as you can fill up your side of the field real fast for either a small army of Beast-Warriors or set up for Xyz and/or Synchro summonings. Team this card with the other F.F. cards and those ATK points can add up quick. The down side is that Tensu is a Continuous Spell and a target for Mystical Space Typhoon and Heavy Storm. But all that aside, this card is worth a spot in your Fire Formation deck.

Welcome to more card reviews! This week we will be looking at other notable cards from Cosmo Blazar that we haven't talked much about. Today we will be looking at a powerful fire formation card that allows the Brotherhood to pull of some amazing plays. Lets take a look at Fire Formation - Tensu!

Fire Formation - Tensu
Continuous Spell Card

During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 Beast-Warrior-Type monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) All Beast-Warrior-Type monsters you control gain 100 ATK.

While Tenki is the main fire formation you want to focus on, don't forget this card here. Tensu is an incredibly strong asset for the deck that allows Fire Fists to make their power plays, while Tenki focuses on consistency. Heck, the OCG chicken variant wouldn't be as notable without this handy card.

The effect is quite simple, you can normal summon a beast-warrior monster in addition to your regular normal summon each turn. In essence, this acts like a continuous Double Summon, but what makes it so powerful is that it is a searchable Double Summon, that also grants an attack boost. Since each fire formation spell can be used once per turn, this allows you to get an additional activation off as well to trigger Dragon and destroy stuff with Bear and Gorilla.

Furthermore, you can make some sweet plays with the Deck Devastation Virus combo with this card. All it takes is a Rescue Rabbit, Vorse Raider, and a Deck Dev in hand. Simply play rabbit to go into your two other Vorse raiders, summon Tiger King, set Tensu which allows you to bring out the other Vorse Raider in hand. You then set your deck devastation virus to destroy cards in your opponents hand and thus cripple their strategies if they are playing decks relying on smaller monsters.

The normal summon is very important to keep tempo in the current gamestate. Thanks to Tensu, you can get additional normal summons and make impressive combos with the Fire Fist monsters.

Traditional: 2.0

I am not sure how well Fire Fists would work in traditional. There are simply better options.

Obskera
Today we are looking at: Fire Formation Tensu

"During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 Beast-Warrior-Type monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) All Beast-Warrior-Type monsters you control gain 100 ATK."

So we have the equivalent of ultimate offering or double summon for beast warriors. Of course Fire Fist also like this card to trigger dragon or go into a one turn Tiger king while still being able to trigger bear/gorilla before going into your XYZ. It's good for what it was made for, but as of right now it's not über powered. If anything it could've used a bit more I kick.

Fire Formation – Tensu
Continuous Spell
During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 Beast-Warrior-Type monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) All Beast-Warrior-Type monsters you control gain 100 ATK.

Despite it being April Fool’s Day there is no joke card this year  :C. Instead we are looking at some more cards from Cosmo Blazer that didn’t get into our top 10. First off is Fire Formation – Tensu, another of the long line of Fire Formation cards. Already Fire Formation – Tensu has an advantage over most other Fire Formation cards, its first effect is actually continuous. Most of these cards have a one-off effect and the only reason they are continuous is due to the weak ATK boost thrown in.

The main effect is a good one, once per turn you get an extra normal summon/set as long as it’s a Beast-Warrior. While Special summoning might have been better, being able to get out another monster with no cost is still excellent. What’s more it can be any Beast Warrior so it can fit into a lot more decks. Its token ATK boost effect is like most of these, a token gesture, but like all Fire Formation cards, you aren’t playing it for the ATK boost

Overall a really good card, which should see play in Beast-Warrior decks.
