Dragonite ex is.....not that good. If his second attack for 120 damage wasn't on a flip he would be great. But his only reliable damage is the 70 attack. Even that you have to DISCARD 2 energy to use.

Unlimited - Combo with Pokemon Center? Yea I guess. 70 damage does kill most Haymaker pokes in 1 shot. You can combo it with TM's Camerupt too to make sure he does a consistant 70 damage every turn. I can't believe he's actually pretty good here @_@. Use him with rare candy to get off a surprise attack. This format isn't the OHKO format that modified is, so you should get to use and abuse Pokemon Center and do good. 3/5

Modified - Now this is the OHKO format. Rayquaza ex murders it with 2 energy. Delcatty does big damage to it. Wobbuffet is safeguarded against it. Crystal shards make it weak. There is no Pokemon Center. Don't use this. I throw up when people use this card. 1/5

Draft - You would need some luck to draft the rare Dragonair and this guy too. You probably won't have a chance to use it.. 2/5

This card could be good, but I just see it as a lot of work. I probably should say more here, but I got nothin'.

Unlimited- Stage 2 that gives a two prize KO, dream on. Not too weak to ER as you can just move energy, but eventually your gonna run out. I kinda like the cost of Dragon Wave, and if you can keep the energy flowing, it's deadly. But that could be tough. The second attack is somewhat nicely costed I guess, and half the time it's great, half the time it's four wasted energy. 1.5/5 here.

Modified- I still don't really like it, but evolution is not only easier to run, it is nessassary. So I give a 2.25/5.

Limited- Tough to draft, as it is an ex rare. I also don't like how the lower evos now take colored energy. If they took colorless I'd say give this a shot, but only grab this is you are already drafting water/lighting. Energy movement is nice, and the colorless
