Stardust Shimmer, another simple, and essentially
Stardust Dragon support card. This card would be a
lot better if it were Quickplay or a Trap so you
could spring it on your opponent. You remove
Monsters from your Graveyard whose total Level
equals the Level of a Dragon type Synchro in your
Graveyard, and Special Summon it. This becomes even
(slightly) more situational as the Level of the
removed Monsters has to equal that of the chosen
Monster, not be greater than...
Today's card is one that I'm a pretty big fan of,
Stardust Shimmer. I like this card for many reasons.
The first one is pretty obvious, after your Stardust
Dragon, Scrap Dragon, or even your Dark End Dragon
has gone to the grave, you can get revenge on your
opponent by bringing it right back to the field on
your next turn. Another reason I like this card is
that you can use this card to bait out Solemn
Warnings from your opponent. You can either summon a
card and have them use their Warning, or use this
and force their Warning so that you can summon
whatever you needed to without fear of Warning.
Another cool thing about this card is that, not only
can you select any star level dragon monster in your
grave, but you can also remove purely tuners or
purely non-tuners from your grave to use this card,
you don't have to use both. Over all, I think that
this is a great card for casual play.

Stardust Shimmer is a spell with some potential
at first glance. You summon any Dragon-type Synchro
from your graveyard by removing monsters in the
graveyard whose levels equal the Dragon's level.
Usually that means you'll be removing the materials
used to summon it the first time, but it could be
any combination of levels.
The only problem is there are other cards that do
this better. Monster Reborn is a staple in any deck,
but if you find you need more recursion, there's
always Call of the Haunted. Call has the advantage
of summoning any card, not just Dragon Synchros.
Stardust Shimmer does have the advantage of being a
Spell and not leaving itself attached to the monster
though.
Overall, I don't think it's necessary in most decks.
Many of the strategies that throw down quick Dragon
Synchros would rather keep their graveyard, like
Dragunity or Fish. They also are capable of easily
just making a new Synchro instead of reviving an old
one. I don't see why Stardust Shimmer would see any
play when something like Call of the Haunted doesn't
even get used.
