Infernity Knight, a Level 3, Dark attributed, Fiend
type Monster, has rather unremarkable stats. 1400
attack and 400 defense aren't likely to win you many
contests, but the effect makes this card worthwhile,
at least for an Infernity player. While destroyed
from the Field and sent to the Graveyard, you can
discard two cards from your Hand to Special Summon
the Knight. Technically a -1 with the double
discard, but Infernity players like to have small or
empty Hands. This card could actually be a useful
piece of Tech in a pinch outside of the Infernity
Deck. Just something to keep in mind.
Ratings:
Traditional: 1/5 I don't see Infernity as being
very successful here, too much discarding and empty
Hands, and I'm not sure it's fast enough.
Advanced: 3/5 Maybe higher as a combo piece in its
Deck, but can be useful elsewhere.

We start the week off with a sneaky little card
called Infernity Knight. This card may not look like
much, but it can do some pretty neat things in the
right deck. It is a level 3 dark fiend with 1400
attack. How good is that? You can search for it with
Sangon or get it to the field with Mystic Tomato.
You can also special summon it with Tour Guide. If
that were not enough, it is also an Infernity
Monster that Discards. What an amazing card you say.
Well let’s take a look at what it can do in the
right deck.
If you are playing an Infernity Deck, then this card
gives you exactly what you want, which is to discard
cards from your hand and have Infernity monsters in
the graveyard. Of course, Infernity Inferno may be a
better option. If you are playing a Fabled Deck with
Tour Guides, you are in luck because once again, as
this card does exactly what you want which is to
discard. Of course, Fabled Raven or Snipe Hunter may
be a better option. If you are playing Dark Worlds
the discard effect works great. Of course a card
like Rope of Life could be a better card.
While this card can be a great answer in a number of
deck types, it’s those options that could be better
that give Infernity Knight a question mark. I am not
in love with the discarding 2 cards from your hand
thingy. That is a minus 2 cards so you will need to
have 2 cards that you want in the graveyard or work
when discarded. The nice thing is that you will have
a level 3 monster on the field when it is all said
and done.

A new week here on pojo and we're looking at a
whole week worth of new Photon Shockwave cards.
Infernity Knight is a Level 3 Dark/Fiend with 1400
ATK and 400 DEF. Its effect is rather simple, yet
very handy. When Knight is on the field and
destroyed and sent to the grave, You can discard 2
cards to special summon this card from the
graveyard. This card is useful in Infernitys, as it
discards and empties your hand to start up your
infernity card effects, but I think it is useful in
other decks that need certain cards in the grave,
like Junk, Dragons and a few others. Also, Knight's
effect goes off when it's destroyed, and it doesn't
state how, so you can use one of your effects, like
Dark Hole, Torrential Tribute and a few others to
use his effect and get him back on the field. A
nifty card that can be used outside of Infernity,
just use carefully.
We’ve returned to Shockwave and
this time we’re focusing on the Exclusives and
Imports. Today’s card is the very last of them,
Infernity Knight!
Infernity Knight is a Level 3,
1400 attack point monster. This is good, because you
want it to be destroyed. When destroyed, you can
discard 2 cards and special summon it back.
Infernity duelists need an empty hand to pull off
their combos. Infernity Knight is just another way
to do that without losing much field advantage. Now
granted, there are other ways of emptying the hand
(like setting all of it as backrow) but this keeps a
monster out.
Oh and this card can be used
with Tour Guide of the Underworld. So you can
special summon it from the hand or deck and let it
be destroyed or use it in an Xyz summon! This isn’t
really a bad card, but it might be a little slow for
some decks.
Traditional: 2/5 (maybe
helpful)
Advanced: 2.5/5 (you could possibly splash this in
some kind of tribute deck to put Treeborn into the
grave as a surprise, but it's still a little weak
for my tastes)
Art: 3/5 (pretty plain, not as historical as the
other Infernities)

"When this card on the field is destroyed and sent
to the Graveyard: You can discard 2 cards; Special
Summon this card from your Graveyard."
Well, this guy certainly wants to keep coming
back, but the cost is rather hefty for such a weak
monster. He can work very good in a Dark World deck,
but the only other place you'd want to use him is in
an Infernity or Chaos deck.
