When (exactly) 1 face-up "Six Samurai" monster you control is targeted by a Spell Card, Trap Card, Spell/Trap effect, or Effect Monster's effect, you can change the target to this face-up card on the field, instead.

A Six Samurai Tuner monster? That's
interesting, as there are not many of these around.
Kagemusha of the Six Samurai, is a Level 2, Earth
attribute, Warrior monster, with 400 attack and 1800
defense, who as I mentioned, is also a Tuner.
Does our Tuner Samurai do anything spectacular?
Well, when one face up Six Samurai monster you
control is targeted by essentially anything (Magic,
Trap, or Effect monster, or any effect there of) you
can change the target to thi face-up card instead.
It's interesting, and fairly reliable protection,
but it kinda is a downside that the effect of
whatever you are moving to ths card can only be
something that targets one monster. Anything
used that targets more, or say all of your monsters,
than this simply becomes a Tuner.

Zorpa
Kagemusha of the Six Samurai
Kagemusha is a level 2 EARTH Warrior Tuner with 400
ATK and 1800 DEF, which is pretty much the only
thing that matters with him. It is best when used
with Kageki, which allows you to bring out Shi En,
which is great. It can also get around Bottomless
Trap Hole, which is increasingly becoming a not so
good card in newer formats.
Kagemusha does have an effect, which almost is never
used. When another Six Samurai monster is targeted
by a Spell or Trap card or Monster effect you can
switch the target to Kagemusha. This means that
things like Mind Control and even Puppet Plant can
backfire when targeting your Shien En. It is just
another layer of defense that is added to the
Samurai deck.
He is played in 3's in Samurai decks, no question,
and is not really even remotely playable in any
other deck, as he is almost exclusively made for the
Samurai deck.
Hey, Pojo, Assailant here with your Card of the
Day. Today's card is Kagemusha of the Six Samurai.
Kagemusha, a name that sounds like, let's face it,
an oatmeal brand, is a 2 star, Earth, Warrior-type
with stats of 400 ATK and 1800 DEF. So, although its
attack is pretty much nonexistent, its defense isn't
that shabby. Its effect isn't half bad and is as
follows: if one and only one Six Samurai monster is
targeted by anything, be it a trap, magic, or
monster effect, you can change the target to
Kagemusha instead. Unfortunately, Kagemusha must be
face up, which in any deck without the unbelievably
fast swarming powers of the Six would mean exposing
his unimpressive 400 attack, but this IS Six Sams so
it's all good.
Now, forget everything I just said. You shouldn't
care. See, there's really only one thing important
about this card. It's a freaking tuner. A freaking
Samurai tuner, to be precise. Everything else is
just fluff. Fluffy fluff to be even more precise,
since you insist. Just in case the true Six Sams
weren't broken enough, along comes their own tuner.
Now, I don't claim to be a Six Sam expert by any
stretch of the imagination. But just about any
archetype specific tuner is pretty good, and an
archetype specific Samurai tuner is beastly epicness
in liquid form. Or something like that. The amount
of fast, easy synchroing this card will allow you to
do in Six Sams is unbelievable.
Oh and then there's Shi En. ^_^
