Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan is the new DSF; a
super going for, like, $50. Yikes. It's basically 3
more Grandmasters in your deck. It activates the
other Sams, lights the Gateway on fire, and... well,
what the hell else do you want it to do?
5/5
Art: They all have that Six Samurai emblem.
Not very fun fact: You're going to lose to this guy
a lot.
Tomorrow: The third Dragon Synchro in its series.

Today’s card is Grandmaster of the Six Samurai…
younger. Anyways, Kizan is a very solid card. His
stats are alright on his own, but when you have
other support on the field, more often than not, by
the time Kizan has been played, his attack becomes
the same as his older counterpart. Running Kizans in
a samurai deck is practically like you’re running 6
copies of Grandmaster, only this version you can
summon even if you don’t have another Six Samurai on
your side of the field. Kizan really gives the
samurai deck a lot of consistency, not really
because he’s super amazing or anything, but because,
like I said earlier, it’s as if you are running 6
copies of the beloved Grandmaster. Samurais needed
Kizan in their build so that they could run at their
full potential, and boy, do they run.

The
Crowing |
Here we have one of the legendary Six Samurai
monsters. Kizan, he is an Earth Warrior Six Samurai
monster with 1800 Attack and 500 defense. Pretty
standard for a warrior, actually.
Now on to his effect, if you control 1 other six
samurai that isnt him, you can special summon it
from your hand. So hes like Grandmaster. But WAIT,
if you control TWO six samurai monsters, he gains
300 attack and def. That means his defense goes up
to 800 POINTS. NOTHING WILL BE ABLE TO STOP THAT 800
DEFENSE WALL.
In all seriousness, he becomes a 2100 monster,
thats better the grandmaster, since you can control
unlimited of Kizan. But you can only special summon
one copy, so youll have to normal summon the rest,
So its kinda the exact same thing as grandmaster,
except you can normal summon this one.
Now, Ordinarily I would say this card isnt that
good. But due to all the crazy six samurai stuff
running around, hes probably more broken then he
appears. I have no idea how the new six samurai
combos work, so Ill just assume this guy is like
crazy good.
Traditional- 1/5 Even with all the new support, I
dont think Sams are topping Chaos.
Advanced- 5/5 Just because I assume this guy is
insane with all the combos.
Art- Bland, hes standing there holding a sword.

Wednesday
Legendary Six Samurai-Kizan is a Level 4, Earth
atributed, Warrior monster, with 1800 attack, and
500 defense. Now for the awesome here, when
you control a face-up Six Samurai monster, other
than himself, Kizan can Special Summon himsel to the
Field. 1800 attack is good, and better in a
Special Summon.
While you control two or more face-up Six Samurai
monsters, Kizan gains 300 attack and defense.
The defense increse is negligble as it start at only
500, but the attack increas to 2100 is pretty sweet.
He fits with his Samurai brothers well, almost too
well, as both effects are all too easy to pull off.
Ratings:
Traditional: 4/5
Advanced: 5/5
Art: 5/5 He almost could pose as a
Breaker type Spellcaste with that armor.
